Fantastic office all around! Micah was the first person I "met". She processed my online request and was simply amazing and I could not appreciate her more! Erica could not have been more wonderful, she really made this a way more pleasant experience than I could have ever hoped for; she did a phenomenal job! Finally, Dr. Tutt was so great! He was very comfortable to talk to and I felt like I could not have asked for more from him or his office. Truly lovely people and beautiful facility! We recently moved to Tyler and loved our old dental office, but we have found our new Dentist! Dr. Tutt and his staff have been very kind and welcoming to our family. My husband and I both have seen Dr. Tutt and we have also taken our young children in as well. The staff and Dr. Tutt are very patient with the kiddos. This is, by far, the best dentist’s office I have ever visited. The atmosphere is very homey and comfortable. All of the facilities are brand new, up-to-date, and cleaner than a hospital! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the same goes for Dr. Tutt! They all maintain a non-judgmental, sincerely caring environment and want to make sure you stay completely comfortable during you visit. It’s so easy to call and make an appointment with Kim, and she does everything to work with your schedule! As soon as you walk through the door, your greeted by Kim and are almost immediately sent back with your hygienist- I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes! I very highly recommend Pine Creek Dental! I’ll never go anywhere else!

The whole staff rates 5 star or higher. My husband and I were there at same time. Girls cleaning were very professional, gentle, and thorough with friendly attitudes. Dr. Tutt was thoroughly professional and friendly. I have had bad dental experiences and was very apprehensive. Blood pressure was high and he was very concerned. Would not start cleaning until it went down. Final examination was good and they did not recommend other procedures. If you don't need it, he didn't recommend it. I like that!!! Went in at appointment time and rates very reasonable. Will definitely stay with this clinic.
