Fresh Dental & Orthodontics- South Tyler

Went in for a chipped tooth! Everyone was nice and had me fixed up in no time. They were especially busy today and still have great service! Will be back for future dental needs!

I needed some dental work that could have been very painful. The Fresh Dental & Ortho employee that did the work was quick, caused little to know pain, was professional and accommodating of my schedule! Good experience!

Nice to be able to get my checkup and cleaning after the covid shutdown delayed my previously scheduled appointment. This practice is observing many new covid precautions and I appreciate that. Very professional and the hygienist was very gentle.
Hygienist was not only incredibly gentle, but also a beautiful lady.

I’ve been a patient for 2 years (ortho) and have never had an unpleasant experience. Every visit I saw a new tech but they were all friendly and easy going. Dr. Del Mundo is amazing! She explains everything in detail. She’s always so sweet and she’s so cool with her purple eyelashes :) I will definitely miss seeing all the staff

I had an awful pain and my husband called around thankfully they had an opening same day!
When I got there they were so polite and kind!
Usually I like to get names of individuals who are helping me but unfortunately I forgot to ask all those lovely ladies names!
Dr. Okobi is wonderful! He has so much patience! Explained everything and was AMAZING! I had a small panic attack while in the chair he stepped back and waited till I was ready (with no pressure) they allowed my husband to sit in the room with me!
They were so great my husband is changing his dentist to this fantastic group of individuals!
Also when I called the next day to schedule my husbands THEY REMEMBERED ME! And asked how I was feeling!!!
Such a wonderful team, and so excited to be able to work with them!

I checked out several other orthodontist before Fresh Dental, & they just didn’t seem to be the right fit. At Fresh my daughter instantly felt comfortable with the friendly staff. The doctor’s plan of action made way more sense to me then the other orthodontist Last but not least, the price was right. I was referred by a good friend & I highly recommend Fresh Dental to others.

My daughter uses this orthodontist. She is 19 works, and goes to school. The orthodontist is only there on Tuesday. They are constantly changing her appointment keep in mind she has to rearrange her schedule every time they do this. Today she left work and drove 30 minutes only to be told Oops our power is out we can't see you today. We will give you a call. A call before would have been great. Now she has missed an hour of work for nothing. On top of that I guarantee they will call me and not her to make a.new appointment. I have given them her number several times and ask that they call her. This is very unprofessional and if I had it to do over I would choose a different office. Had I not already paid she would go elsewhere.

The front desk is always super friendly and helpful. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable and good and watching for any clues where they can assist Dr Anderson be the best dentist. He knows when to go slow or be quick but always with gentle hands. Double checking his work to be sure to get the end result to be my fantastic smile. I get my new teeth in a week and a half. I look forward to the final step.
