Smith Dental Care is full of wonderful people! Our experience here was great. My 9 year old needed a cleaning and to see someone quickly for a chip in his tooth and possible cavity. They got us in within a day and were able to clean his teeth AND fix his cavity in the same day. Everyone was so kind and you can just feel the positive atmosphere when you walk in the door. 10 stars!

I had a bit of an emergency, Friday, my dentist after-hours emergency call-back service gave a 2 hr window to respond, and I couldn't wait that long, and as it turns out, to this moment, 36 hours later still no response. Not that it should matter, but I've spent what a lot of people make in a year at my current dentist and this is not the only time we've had an emergency, and pardon the pun, but it was just like pulling teeth that time as well.
Smith Dental Care was recommended by a very good friend. Thank goodness they were open, stating that they're always open on Fridays for those of us that only seem to have emergencies on weekends (or close to) or holidays, that's HUGE! Upon arrival the staff was very attentive and welcoming. I saw a dentist promptly and my issue was addressed.

Last evening Dr. Joe himself called to check on me - that personal touch by the doctor was really appreciated. One day later I have no post-procedure soreness or pain. I've had the same experience on each of my visits. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend them.

There's been very few times in my life that I can point to a company that has stood out as much as this group. I was first impressed and grateful that though they had planned to do a root canal because of a cavity that had developed over time, they determined i wouldn't need it and saved me the cost. Second, the next day (Saturday) through my own fault, I accidentally popped out my temporary crown. To my amazement on their day off, they came in and quickly fixed the crown and were so kind and helpful during the whole ordeal. Last dentist I went to told me I had 8 cavities and these guys told me I had none. They won’t steal your money at the very least. Felt like family and a wonderful Environment!

The best dentist experience I think I’ve ever had. Everyone was really nice, and I was anxious to go due to previous bad experiences with dentists but these guys were great! I was super comfortable the whole time and felt like a person rather than another number in their system. Highly recommend!

I had not been to dentist in a long time and had anxiety walking in. EVERYONE was awesome. Amanda got me in asap. Dr. Ogletree was kind and put me at ease. Listened to me and gave me all the options. Never felt rushed. I wish I could remember the sweet girls name who took X-rays. She was the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable. After plan was made Connie came in to go over financial part and she was a sweetheart too. She was extremely knowledgeable and was honest !! I am so excited I found my dental home and can’t wait for the future ! Go see them! You won’t be disappointed!!

I had to cancel my original appointment, due to weather. They put me on the waitlist for cancellations as my next available appointment was a couple of months out. I got a call the next week as was able to get right in for a cleaning. Everyone is so pleasant and seem happy to be there. For someone who does not enjoy the “dentist experience” they always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
