My children go here and we have had a great experience every time! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the appointment are quick and fun for the kiddos! Also they have a video game room which the kids love. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a Waco dentist!

First visit went extremely well. Marisela at the front desk was super helpful and personable, we were greeted as soon as we entered. When I went to the back, Alma explained what we would be doing and overall had great customer service skills. Dr. Lim talked me through my x-rays and exam, and she has a bright personality. Our experience was nothing but positive and we will be back and bring our kids too!

You need to read this!!! I’ve been going to the same dentist for about 10-12 years. Every 6 months like clockwork to get my teeth cleaned and for any issues I’ve had. About 4 years ago, I started complaining of pain and sensitivity on both sides of my mouth. Every time I’d get my teeth cleaned I’d tell them. I always left the office with a stellar review. No cavities, no issues, only being told I need to floss more. No problem! Every time though, I still had pain. 3 years later they hype it up to hypersensitivity, so every time I’m paying extra out of pocket for fluoride. I was tired of nothing being done about it besides some extra gel that wears off a few days later. I got a second opinion. KEEP READING! WHEN I TELL YOU TO TAKE THAT CHANCE AND TRY SOMEONE NEW, I MEAN TAKE THAT CHANCE AND COME TO DR. SMILEE! I brought my daughter here after my husband came and had an amazing experience BUT WHEN I TELL YOU SHE TOOK THOSE X-RAYS AND SHOWED ME THE 4 CAVITIES I’VE HAD FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG?? Gave me an amount to fix them and all the while with a smile on her face. Don’t go anywhere else, and when you come here. Show her the review that brought you. I won’t give a negative review to my previous dentist’s office because for some years, they did me well, but I’ll never go somewhere else again. I’m sticking with Dr. Lim at Smilee. 💛

First time using this dentist. Very friendly staff in helping switch insurance. Kid friendly area. My kids felt comfortable enough to go back by their selves which says plenty!! Will review again after bringing my mom. Ok, update is my mom approved which is rare. My kids were excited to come back to the dentist as well instead of being scared.
