Best experience I’ve had with a dentist since I was a kid! Their office is clean, organized, and efficient. I didn’t wait at all either time I’ve been. Dr. Lim and the rest of the staff are so kind and reassuring. Going to the dentist usually makes me anxious, but I felt so at ease here.

I don't recommend this place. Our first visit was pretty good, pretty standard, the main reason we went is because they offered Saturday appointments. However, the restrooms had poor cleanliness and there were blood stains on the toilet seat and trash on the floor.
The second visit, they tried to take xrays again even though it had been only 6 months since the last. Insurance doesn't cover xrays that often for one thing and the ADA only recommends xrays once per 12-24 months unless there is a condition that calls for it and then it should be discussed and agreed upon by the patient. I refused xrays and the doc first tried to lie to me and say that ADA recommends every 6 months, when I looked it up and refuted her claim, she changed her story. I've never had a cavity and have no dental issues that call for frequent xrays. I refused xrays and so they refused to see me. I'm happy to be finding another dentist as I cannot trust any words out of Dr. Ju Lee Him's mouth any longer.
