The last 2 times I’ve been here there’s been issues. First issue is that my teeth scans for Invisalign somehow did not go through or got lost. This happened last year and I already paid for half. Took many times to call and annoy the staff on when I’ll receive them. Turns out the scans did not go through but found out so late. The second issue is recent and involves mediocre treatment. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth did not have good bedside manner and rushed my cleaning. She seemed as if she just wanted to get me done and go to the next patient. I understand that you have a lot of patients to get through, but I don’t understand why quality did not seem to matter as much. Not finishing flossing my teeth, rushing the polish and not getting all my teeth, and scrapping off the glue of my permanent retainer is not my idea of excellent care. Now I have to go find an orthodontist to fix my retainer. Something needs to change here.

This place is poorly managed and overbooked.
Got an appointment for dental clean up two weeks in advance. Got a call that their phone system/internet is down so rescheduled.
Arrived for rescheduled appointment - after 30 minutes of waiting, they tell me there is another 1 hour before they can see me. They overbooked to to an extent that there was not enough seats for people sit.
Thats terrible.
Aspen dental sucks. I would take my business where they value my time and business.

Excellent job taking care of me today!! I appreciate the team getting me in on short notice as I damaged my tooth and getting the payment sorted out!! Although there was a long wait, I knew the doctor was busy assisting everyone, he is amazing and straight up real with you! I appreciate that a lot!!

I am new patient and yesterday I was warmly welcomed and starting out my dental journey.
My first encounter was the X-ray tech Ms. Mikah! She was a real joy and made me at ease.
I look forward to continuing my dental care there with such a great staff, doctor and hygienist, too.

Was very surprised at the customer service and the courtesy that the doc showed. Desiree was awesome explaining the cost and where insurance would kick in and cut off and why. Never had someone go into depth like that, it was much appreciated! Dr. Sam Almassi was great, he was very polite, great bed side manor and checked on my comfort often. I had a difficult root canal that had very little pain and he explained everything he was doing along the way. Going to the Dentist isn't fun, dealing with Insurance in our country sucks, but 10 for 10 would recommend from my experience with these folks.

DO NOT waste your money here. I got two crowns here, which were poorly fitted. 4 months ago the first one came off, and now the second one has come off. The first one he filed down too much a made a hole in it which he tried to fill with the cement. This was the point of weakness that allowed the crown to come off. The second one completely shattered, and I can see it was even thinner than the first crown. Complete waste of thousands of dollars.

New patient. Was told by the hygienist I had bone loss and periodontal disease which I dont. Im sure dentist from past 10 years would of mentioned something!!! This place is text book predatory. Tried to charge an additional 30 dollars on top of insurance for appointment but couldnt justify!!! Scary and Never going back.

Nothing was explained right.
Appt.at 9.a.m.
Did not see dentist till after 10:30
Was told could use credit care card, then go to check out was told could not unless over $200.
I should have been told that from the first.
That was last of my cash for the month.
Doctor was not careing at all.
My mouth is more broke out after I left .
No one ever to check about me being allergic to latex.
Thanks for that .
Thank God my allergies are not worse.
Then told no type of warranty at all on my denture I had fixed.
My denture still ruff .
So NO , not happy with service.

I honestly must say that my procedure at Aspen was the worst I've ever had at a dentist. They were thorough and friendly, and the price was fair. I have never experienced so much pain. No amount of "I'm sorry" will ever make that better..
I went in with excruciating pain and had lost a whole night's sleep from it. They informed me that after all the exam work that I would have to make an appointment for my extraction for another day. I asked if they could prescribe something for the pain and they said they would. They didn't. I was in the next day. They tried to numb the area and had a hard time doing it. One of the injections literally brought me to my knees in terrible pain.
When they finished I asked for a pain med. It didn't work. I called back asking for something else. They said sure...it didn't happen. Another night of terrible pain. All the next day I hurt. By the time I decided to call again, they were closed.

This was a terrible experience.

Aspen Dental in Wichita Falls, Texas is Awesome. Kelly is Extremely helpful with any questions or concerns that anyone may have. I recommend Aspen to anyone who has dental pain/problems or needs teeth cleaning, whitening of permanent gold, silver or platinum teeth. Thanks for all of the help.
