Very professional staff, it started from when I walked in. Friendly, smiling faces and very helpful. The nurse assisting the doctors is well trained on her job from X-rays to dental exam. The doctor was very professional with great patient skills, explained everything and was attentive to my needs. Scheduling for and payment for next appointment the lady was very courteous and understanding. Has all my records and prescriptions ready and great attitude with customer service. Great experience and looking forward to my next appointment.

Complete bait and switch. I needed emergency treatment, not a full new patient workup. I did not need a $9000 treatment plan, I did not need to be pressured into applying for financing I couldn't afford, I did not need to have my dental insurance benefit exhausted before I got any treatment at all, and I did not need to be herded out the door with an antibiotic prescription for an infection no one could tell me I have, with no follow up appointment or resolution to the severe pain I was in. I might have had better results if I had actually agreed to applying for financing, but what a complete waste of a 90 mile trip, hurting to the point of crying both ways. The only star is for the substitute dentist who was nice, and how quickly the staff fixed the incorrect antibiotic prescription I was given.

Edit: I called the follow up number posted, was given an apology, and told I would immediately be emailed my dental records for follow up care elsewhere. They never came, surprisingly enough, but I received a call the next day to schedule a follow up appointment. I found a great dentist that actually helped me elsewhere, and will never return to Aspen.

Everyone was very Professional... Friendly... Concerned for my well-being during all procedures... Considerate... ETC.

I had x-rays taken and a tooth... A molar which was literally laying on its side and loose... Extracted.

I didn't experience pain during this extraction, and both the dentist and dental hygienist we're constantly asking if I was okay... Did it hurt... Reassuring me that I was doing well during this extraction.

They answered all my questions cheerfully without rolling their eyes, and I had plenty.

If you don't have insurance, they will x-ray your teeth and clean them at no charge. They will also tell you which teeth need Pulled... Filled... Capped... ETC.

My insurance covers the cleaning which I will have done once my gum heals.

Amazing staff and service. Had an emergency and was fit in same day I called and have treatment set in place in just a couple of days. Costs were reasonable and all the staff were very upfront and honest about what to expect while still being empathetic. Will definitely go here from now on.

Run away as fast as you can! Aspen Dental in Wichita Falls has very deceiving and misleading office practices!!
I was mislead on the financing of dental work I needed done.
Kelly the office manager helped me apply for carecredit. I was concerned about a hard hit on my credit report. She assured me it would be "fine". Tjat was a lie. i did get a hard hit to my crdit report. But I was approved for $6100. She and another person discounted my bill by more than $1000. Then after alot of fast talking and tag teaming on her part she told me she was going to charge my Carecredit card the $6100 if I was comfortable with the $138 payment for 18 months. She tried to get my dental work started right away, that sameday!!! Thank God I didn't. On the drive home I realized something wasn't adding up. My payment would/should have been over $300 a month, which I can not afford. I tried calling right away wirh my questions but she was with another patient. I was told at 3:30 she would call me back right away. She did not. I called the next morning and could not reach a person. After trying a few more times I finally drove to Wichita Falls to talk to them in person.

Read this next part. Here is where the deception comes to play.

Come to find out they are only allowed to charge half until your dental surgery is completed. So AFTER SURGERY They charge your card the other half. So while I am groggy and possibly in pain is when I would have found out my payment would jump to over $300 a month!!!!
Shame on you Kelly. and Aspen Dental.
