This place claims to help with cost and emergency tooth extraction , when they say help they mean ( Finance ) $100 to get in the door for exam and they wanted $5,400 for ONE tooth extraction , on top of that , the doctor that performs the tooth extraction is from the dallas area so it's not even a emergency facility . Might as well drive the 2hr to get the medical treatment

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do not take your business here! They are VERY misleading and have a high turnover rate! In a matter of months there was a whole new front office staff!! Also, after taking my business elsewhere I learned that my root canal was not done properly!!!! It became infected as a result!! IMO they deserve 0 stars!!

My experience at Aspen Dental was absolutely fabulous from the lady at the front desk all the way to the manager and to the girl with the hiccups Jennifer was very professional and informative to all the selection that were available for dentures

Called to make a first time appointment for Wichita Falls office and the first available time was Nov 9th and I couldn't make. They put me on hold for 10 minutes came back with an appointment time of Nov 7th, which I couldn't make. Was asked if there was anything else they could do, I said an appointment, they said thank you and hung up. Really, you only have two appointment days?

People were very courteous and professional. However the recommendations for my problem were not realistic for most people. All the possible treatment options were not discussed and I chose to get a second opinion in which other options were discussed and price was much more reasonable.

They never gave me the time of the day. They never verified my insurance as requested or returned my calls from messages I left. Office does not listen. Very unprofessional.
