Had a terrible experience here. When scheduling my initial cleaning and new patient exam, I mentioned that I was pregnant and needed to be scheduled before I delivered my baby. When I went in for the cleaning, they informed me that they could only do a cleaning, not x-rays or a full exam. I wish they would have told me that when I initially scheduled. They told me to call once I had delivered and I could schedule an appointment where they would do x-rays and fix my cavity. When I called to schedule again, I explained I wanted an appointment where they diagnosed and fixed my cavity. Shen I arrived, they told me they could only do x-rays and would need to come back AGAIN for them to fix it.. My husband took the day off to watch the baby so I could go in for my appointment, so that was VERY frustrating. And on top of that, the dentist had NO concept of privacy. I could hear his entire conversation with the patient he saw prior to me because he talks so loud. Then when he came and talked to me about my treatment plan, he was talking incredibly loud. I guarantee anyone else in the office could hear what he was saying. Felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate of privacy. Will NEVER go back here.

Dr. Baldwin is awesome! Got the family in today and he was very thorough, he was so nice and did such a good job. The x-rays were so easy and nice, it's done digitally so no waiting for film! Love how he goes over a patient treatment plan when he's done, and he was very sweet and reassuring to my nervous daughter. His assistant was great and very nice, knew what she was doing. Can't say enough good about our experience, would highly recommend!

Brought my 4 boys to Ranches Family Dental for the first time for a cleaning/checkup. I was super impressed with the 3 hygienists we had, they were super friendly and did well with my boys- 10,8,5 and 3. The dentist was a bit backed up when we went so there was a bit of waiting but they did a good job keeping us occupied getting everything done that needed to be. I would recommend them for sure.

Edit: they now have some better chairs if you ask. These are amazing if you have a bad back. Highly recommend this dentist. review updated to five Stars. This is an amazing dentist and the best staff. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that I have back pain. Laying in the dental chair it stiffens my upper back and hurts incredibly and is very painful while being worked on; also affects my neck. If they could offer some sort of pillow to put on my back to cover the area where my back is not supported or something that would help. I will likely go back (Good dentists are hard to find) but may have to bring my own pillow for support.

Had an appointment this morning and it went great! They had the latest equipment to get a full 3D xray of my jaw and teeth. They took great notes to watch and track my teeth . Hollie was fun and easy to talk to and the doctor was honest and took his time deciding on which action to take for my dental care! Glad we found a good dentist so close to home!

Very professional, kind and honest. Was extremely impressed by the staff and doctor.
I went in thinking I might have a cavity and instead of taking advantage of the circumstance, the doctor kindly informed me that what I was experiencing was some mild sensitivity due to a prior filling. I was very impressed and will continue to go to this clinic in the future.

We had a dentist that we loved and trusted. Unfortunately he retired and we had to find a new dentist. After some seriously bad experiences at another dental office we went here. It was a great experience. The doctor and staff are kind and knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone who asks me about dentists.

Been a friend of Dr. Baldwin for a few years. Also apprehensive of dentists. That being said, I was treated kindly and fairly. I almost cried after I saw the work Dr Baldwin did to my teeth. Excellent staff, amazing work by Dr Baldwin, and I was treated fairly. Even though it was a 2 hour drive, my local dentist recommended work I didn’t feel I needed (Crowns) that Dr Baldwin saw my teeth and just patched up the chips with fillings instead.
