I called for something stuck in my gums. Never been there before but I was in pain and it was the closest dentist. They got me under the chair and dislodged the debris in my gums IN UNDER 30 MINUTES from the time I called them. Thank you for relieving my pain quickly you have gained a new customer because of your flexibility.

This dentist office is great! All the staff is super friendly and the dentist is amazing! I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and this dentist understands my condition and isn't quick to go pulling out teeth (folks with TN, often lose good teeth, due to nerve pain in lower jaw.) If you have this condition, see this dentist!!!

I had to get a crown done there and they gave me a temporary one which was done incorrectly, apparently. I was in pain for a week. when I called to tell them they brought me in and put in the another temporary crown on.
I the went in for a my permanent crown I told them that I was still in pain and it felt like the crown was stabbing my gums and super sensitive to anything touching it. I had to come in for a third time and because I was still
Having the pain, and they gave me the excuse that the plaque was causing the pain..... I am still in a lot of pain and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
I’ve never had any issues before getting crowns or fillings in the past with other dentist.

This office has gone above and beyond for me when I had a hurting tooth. Dr Baldwin even came in on his day off after hours to help relieve my pain. His assistant is so friendly and so knowledgeable and sweet. His reception is so helpful and helps you with appointment and billing questions. I highly recommend this office!

I’m honestly shocked with the amount of “ good reviews” . I don’t have one good thing to say. We left and canceled 2 of our appointments right in the middle of being there because we were so unhappy with how unprofessional, un organized and completely clueless every person was there. Never going back, not recommending only warning people to not go here. I know we weren’t the only people in there today that have theses opinions and experienced this.

Came in originally due to a toothache. I had failed root canals from another location. They were amazing and saw me on a Saturday as an emergency. They did refer me to an Endodontics for the retreat. I came back in for my permanent filling. The doctor and staff were beyond gentians patient with me. I did have a moment when a drill vibrated weird and it scared me. I had to get from the chair for a minute. The staff was worried that I was pain. They grabbed me tissues and water and asked they could do for me. After a few minutes I was able to finish the treatment. The doctor assured me he would not use that tool again, even with it taking longer using a different tool. Highly recommend!!!!
