Such a great experience! And this is coming from a VERY nervous Nelly when it comes to the dentist. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr Cindy Sumarauw put my nerves at ease and was very understanding. She took the time explaining everything to me. I appreciate that.

This review has nothing to do with their cleaning or any of their dental procedures. I never had a problem with any of that. Unfortunately, their billing dept made a mistake and told me: "I had deductible money left before the year ends". "Let's take advantage of that!"...Familiar with them saying that to you? Well, it happened to me. I went with it and took "advantage of it". Big big mistake. I shouldn't have trusted them saying that. Why? Well, because I didn't have deductible money left. And now I got a bill in the mail from them saying I owe $381.78. I paid my share on every appointment I ever had with them and let the insurance do their part. But no. Apparently now I am the only one responsible for this, not then taking any fault and I have to pay the bill. Frustrating part is that i was never told any of this and I had to find out with a bill on the mail. And when i called them to ask why I wasn't offered any type of help on how to fix this. Pretty much I have to pay it period it's what i was told.

Doctor Cindy and her staff is amazing. She is honest and her work is fantastic.
She have worked with me in emergency situations, during pregnancy, wisdom teeth and soon braces. I recommend her to everyone. Absolutely love this dentist and i never been a fan of them lol.

Dr. Sumarauw at Cadenza Family Dentistry is an artist. She not only cared about the health of my teeth but what would make them look the best that they can be. I now have healthy teeth and a new smile. Her attention to detail makes her an outstanding dentist. Everyone at Cadenza was helpful and friendly. Truefully, I had not seen a dentist for several years. I needed a lot of work done. I am so lucky that I chose Dr. Sumarauw to get my teeth healthy again. She said to me that we look forward not backwards. Meaning you can't be embarrassed about not going to a dentist in the past, you can just start today to make your teeth better.
