Excellent experience. When I arrived the entire waiting room was full and I expected a long wait but they got me back within about 5 minutes if my appointment time. My cleaning was thorough and quick and i was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The hygienist and dentist were friendly, kind, and respectful. Due to an insurance mix up on my part, I had to pay out of pocket and was incredibly surprised how affordable the service was ($97 for the cleaning). Would highly recommend this office.

Best dental office‼️ Dr. Richardson is amazing. He’s very professional. He’s concerned about each family member’s dental health, as well as their general well being. It’s amazing. He’s so kind to everyone, young and old alike. Our disabled son has gone to him for years and has probably never been treated better by anyone, ever. It means a lot to our family.
Our hygienist, Lorna, today, continued being so personable with her one sided conversation that was necessary since my mouth was full of instruments during my whole cleaning (which was so thorough, as well as painless). She has had a personal loss but continued to show interest in me and my family.
I left the office being so thankful that we can have such positive experiences with our “family” at Dr. Richardson’s dental office (Kaysville Family Dentistry).
And did I mention that they do great dental work?!!

I called the day of and they got me right in. When I got there, they got me right back. Dr. Dan came right in and look at my tooth. He was beyond kind and helpful. The front office scheduled me an appointment with an Endodontist. I am so appreciative of their help. The whole staff from start to finish was kind, helpful and efficient. I absolutely hate the dentist (probably why I’m in this situation) and I felt such ease.
