I got a bottom denture a year ago. It has never fit correctly. I went back several times and Dr. Richardson put a filler in that only helped a day or so. He kept saying they would need an alignment after 6 months. When I called back at 6 months I was told there was a charge for an alignment to cover lab work. I get that. Why wasn’t I told that sooner? I have used every type of adhesive on the market. Nothing works when I try to eat anything that isn’t mushy. I have used the adhesive several times a day and followed directions. I have lost 20 pounds since then. I’m old and now my MD is very concerned. about the weight loss as I do have cancer and other health issues. I’ve been scoped, cat scanned, x rayed, blood drawn by MD and again by my oncologist. I’m embarrassed that I’m going to have to tell my doctor I can’t eat.
De Richardson did call me about this review. He offers to correct my issue for no additional fees. It seems he wants to make things right. Dr. Richardson has a good personality and I believe he is a good person. I prefer dealing with good people but I go to a dentist for functioning teeth. Bottom line is.. I didn’t go to that office for friendship and joviality.. I went to get my teeth repaired so I can eat. That was my only reason.
He did tell me on my first visit that I really needed implants to be happy with my teeth. I cannot afford implants. He offered a payment plan to help me out.

The Dental Hygienists and the Staff are great. They accept cash as well as insurance and are awesome at caring for your teeth. I once had a “drill ‘me and fill em” dentist and have used Kaysville Family Dentistry for the last 20 years.
