They got me in for an emergency appointment, and when they found out that a) I had an abscess, and b) I was leaving town in two days, they immediately gave me a prescription for antibiotics, and then called and made me an appointment with the endodontist for an emergency root canal the very next day so I could go on my trip and not be miserable the whole time! It was a great experience. Everyone was so helpful and kind, and I got exactly the care I needed.

Would have loved to been able to try this place out. Unfortunately there was some confusion regarding the time of my appointment. Their system sent me 2 conflicting times and dates for my appointment. I followed up with the office, confirmed the date and time and fixed it in my calendar. Later, on the day of my appointment I got a call 2 hours prior to the time of my appointment. The hygienist was on the line clearly perturbed when she indicated that I was now 15 minutes late for my appointment. I checked my calendar and yes it said 4pm (it was now 2:15). Maybe this was my mistake maybe it was theirs who knows. But what I do know is that calling a patient in that manner is unprofessional. Soft skills for forward facing employees are critical. She tried to lecture me and I indicated that never would I just not show up to an appointment and that I value and respect their time. Dunno if she was having a bad day or if this is normal but remaining curious and interested with customers/patients is a far better tact.

We love our dentist. Dr. Kyle Morgan is as honest as they come. He is also very skilled in what he does. The environment and energy of Dr.Morgan cannot be beat. My kids love coming to the dentist and getting squirted by the water gun, getting a prize that “was stuck in their mouth, etc. If you are in the Kaysville area, I would highly recommend Dr Morgan.

Dr. Ericksen and tfe yoing higetice were both on time, very prifessional and I certainly would recommend them to anyone. Not only that. I requied work on two fillings and an opening came up the next day and the repairs wee made. Again Dr. Ericksen was fast, efficient, and thei was the least pain during and after i have ever experienced in my 84 years.
