Poor Customer Service Unprofessional Behavior Bad Experience

Iโ€™ve gone to this dental office since I was a little girl and had minimum to no issues for the most part until my wisdom teeth removal. Last year, I booked a removal for them over a month in advanced to get them out. (I was 19 so It was past due to get them taken out.) During the time we booked and up to the day I was scheduled to get them out, I asked the assistants and front desk ladyโ€™s if my mother could hold my hand which they told me on several occasions, yes. First off, we had issues with the day of the appointment. The dentist that was supposed to remove my teeth, went on vacation and didnโ€™t tell a single one of his clients so they had to move my date even closer so another dentist could take them out, meaning I would have only a couple of days to prepare. A couple days go by and the date I go in comes. I go in, everything is smooth at the beginning when it came to setting me up. I was anxious but was keeping my composure and trying to stay calm. Anyways, the assistant comes and gets me and starts wheeling me in the room. I go in, get on the bed and then ask where my mother is. They proceed to tell me that she canโ€™t come in which immediately sent me into a panic attack. I have rarely dealt with needles other than immunizations and have had one IV my entire life so Iโ€™m very nervous around them. I donโ€™t do well with sharp objects. Anyways, I start panicking but lay down and extend my arm to the dentist. I explain to him my discomfort when he asks me and he just tells me to breathe and calm down which didnโ€™t help. I asked an assistant if I could hold her hand which she thankfully let me but before I knew it and without warning, he stuck my arm with the needle. At this point, I was sobbing my eyes out and still panicking and the last thing i remember is shutting my eyes and hyperventilating. After the procedure, I told my mother I remembered all of it which I do remember several moments through out and apparently the whole time I was yelling and making noise. Even the front desk woman was so concerned because I was clinging and holding onto her during it. She said in all the years sheโ€™s worked there, sheโ€™s never seen someone worked up and literally yelling like I was. I didnโ€™t even remember yelling. I was supposed to be knocked out anyways. At least it healed right but I donโ€™t think I ever want to come back here.

HIPPA violation Unprofessional behavior Bad dental experience

As I sit in the office right now I can record audio on the nurses speaking about individuals by name and their insurance information. Basically everything covered by HIPPA. Out loud where other patients can hear their personal info. VERY unprofessional and unethical. Basically called my son a liar about his dental anxiety when he was clearly having a panic attack. He was crying and shaking even after giving him valume saying he's fine and tried to drill anyway. Thankfully I told them no! He's now under anesthesia (3 months later) to get his teeth fixed. Will definitely NEVER come back especially with the unethical practices of sharing patients information publicly between themselves and talking bad about the patients behind their backs. It sounds like a Junior highSchool.

nerve damage uneven bite pain discomfort poor healthcare

Absolutely do not go here for adult dentistry. I had cavities filled that were minor and ended up getting nerve damage on two teeth and an uneven bite that caused pain and discomfort over several months. With several visits to fix my bite, I left disappointed and in pain. When I continued to call and tell them I was in pain, the immediate solution was to provide hydrocodone to fix the problem.

Their friendliness disguises their ability to provide proper healthcare for teeth. Would never recommend this dentistry.

Response to comment: first, my last name is not listed on my google account. Second, definitely have not mistaken the dentist was Dr Jennifer Brown. The several visits were a huge ordeal, considering the solution was class 3 medication that I collected from the office after speaking on the phone!

Excellent Service Skilled Doctor

After experiencing a faulty filling procedure from another doctor here (not disclosing names), Dr.Wible did an extremely good job on correcting my experience here. I was blown away by his service skills. Did everything perfect, zero complaints. He 110% knows whatโ€™s up.

Long Wait Time Poor Scheduling

I have been to this office multiple times for my children's dental appointments, which is why I give this place a moderate review because they are great for kids. As an adult patient I recommend going somewhere else and I would still be going to my former dental office if my insurance covered it.

My office visit was at 1:50. It was a simple new patient visit with xrays and cleaning. I have never had this process take any longer than maybe 45 minutes. Having an appointment at 1:50 should have left me plenty of time for my children's elementary pick up, however, I didn't get out of the office until 3:15.

The office needs better internal scheduling and awareness of where people need to be. Between my cleaning being finished and the dentist getting into my room there was a 40-45 minute wait. There is no reason for that big of a wait. We even informed the staff more than once that at least I needed to leave to pick up my children after being there for over an hour.

Once the internal scheduling has been taken care of I'll be more than happy to revise my review.

We love Dr. Wade. He is simply amazing with my children, and has made the process of coming to the dentist so much easier for them. My children love coming to the dentist because of him. My son has had a fair amount of work done on his teeth, teeth that I was nervous couldn't be saved, but thanks to Dr. Wade, they were saved and looked beautiful afterwards. My son isn't nervous anymore about getting work done because the process has always gone so smoothly with him. Thank you Dr. Wade!

We really enjoyed Dr. Wade. The whole staff was warm and friendly kept the anxiousness down for my little one.

Quick and very organized staff. Everyone knows their job and excels at making sure the patient is comfortable through the entire appointment.

Overbooked wisdom teeth appointments and cancelled as we were pulling into the parking lot, thirty minutes before my wife's appointment. This was scheduled more than a month in advance.

Sunshine & Moonlight

I have taken my 3 sons to Dr. Brown for over 4 years. EVERY time I have taken my sons they need cavities filled in, my 5 year old has already had an extraction, and all 3 brush and floss daily. Let's begin with my 5 year old. After he had the extraction he had a spacer put in that fell out 2 weeks after it was put in. My oldest has been lucky and had most of his major work done as a toddler. My 10 year old is the main problem and the reason I'm writing this review. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Brown about him still having 2 baby teeth that should have fallen out by the age of 7, at the latest. She brushed it off not once, twice, but 4 times saying "let's just wait and see if they fall out soon". Well, 3 years later and now my son has braces, had oral surgery to extract the 2 baby teeth because his adult teeth are inside his gums and they grew in sideways on top of his 2 front teeth. Those 2 teeth damaged the tissue and the root of his 2 front teeth and he's going to lose them no matter what. Hes 10! So now, I get to take my son in every 4 weeks and see him come out of his orthodontist appointments crying in pain because the teeth that have to be brought down are now connected to chains that have to be tightened causing the pain. I went to 2 different dentists and they recommended me to see an orthodontist immediately, and I got 3 opinions and they all agreed that all this could have been avoided with an extraction of those 2 baby teeth. Now we're left with a balance of $8,000, my son in lots of pain for weeks at a time, and now he has missed so much school do to all this that we have a court date for a truancy and my son had perfect attendance up to this point.
