Dentist really care about their patients. Take great pride in helping you have your best smile. Great for both children and adults! Took the time to explain everything for my daughters teeth. Wonderful peace of mind and she has a beautiful smile again!

My son was running around with friends outside when he ended up chipping both top front teeth!! It was a week before school picture day and he was devastated!! My son hasn't needed much dental work done and was a little anxious about it and he was nervous. We took him in to Hillfield Pediatric Dentistry and they were able to get us an appointment quickly! They also gave us a discount as it was just before our insurance kicked in and we were paying cash. Then receptionist was so kind and wonderful!! The dentist was amazing! He distracted my son, gave him the numbing shot and my boyfriend was super impressed at how quickly and well the dentist did this! Then they fixed his teeth and they look great!! I will definitely go back here!

I went into this location with insurance. I think since I had insurance they didn't care to do a good job. They cleaned my teeth and I had 5 cavities I needed filling on. They did one side on one appointment and on the next appointment they would do my next side. When they "filled" my cavities on my left side it was very painful and I still felt like it had a cavity. Two weeks later I went in to get the right side fixed. I told them that my left side still had pain and I didn't think the cavity got filled properly. The Dentist said to give it more time and changed the subject. Same thing happened with my right side I gave it time and they still hurt. A month passed and they said there was nothing I could do about it anymore. Yet they told me to wait. Even with insurance I paid $40 for each filling for them to do such a terrible job? My teeth still hurt to this day the cavities were never filled properly they actually drilled to much into my teeth causing more sensitivity and they also drilled so much that they left a gap in between my teeth. Overall so very unsatisfied with this dentist and their service. Please don't waste your time here. Told my family and friends to never go here. Please go to a place where they care and will fix your teeth properly.

I like this place a lot. They took very good care of my kids when having to get the cavities fixed. They made me feel comfortable and that I can trust that it would be okay. And now my daughters are doing wonderful. Thank you to the amazing workers.

Dr Wade is great. He’s very professional, great with kids, and trustworthy. Each of my kids have needed dental work. We recently moved to Weber County so I took my youngest to a different office/dentist and the quote they gave us was insane. I took him to Dr Wade for a 2nd opinion and I’m very glad I did. I won’t be making that mistake again! When you find a good dentist, you should stick with him.

Update 2021! We've loved this dentistry for many years now.. but as of late (last 2 years or so) service has gone down horribly. Rushed rude services. Half the staff is always gossiping while we're here. As soon as my son has to go to adult side, we'll be finding a new dentists if this continues. I suggest Dr Brown or Doctor Wade ONLY. Suggestion to staff, stop the constant hate and gossip. We hear and see you. Be professional and sweet. You guys are very Catty to eachother! Whoever is in charge, please get this under control. Too, too much every time we come!
DR Wade is the best! Our family highly recommends this dentistry. All around great staff. Fantastic service and fare prices. Thank you doctor Wade for treating our kids so wonderfully, couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Karina, she is amazingly wonderful. I cant thank her enough for her patience and kind words.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I went here for a cleaning and some fillings that needed to be done. The fillings that were done were done so poorly by Dr.Brown that I had to go to another dentist to fix this issue. I was in pain for an exceptionally long time and was told “it is normal”. The individual in charge of billing was not cooperative and I had to go in person. On top of this, the day I went for a refund I was told the dentist was not there and would be there later when I went in person. I was blatantly lied to; the dentist was in the office working on another unfortunate individual. I had found this out by waiting patiently in the office. Even after all this mess I was refunded but the billing department had the nerve to suggest another doctor in the facility I had already been treated so poorly at.

I have been going here with my family since i was 7 years old. I am now 23 and i USED TO take my daughter, my husband, and myself to go get work done here. I wish we didn't have to switch but i have gotten snapped at, twice for absolutely no reason. I called yesterday to cancel an appointment, (which i didn't even know about.) And this lady named AMANADA CAINE answered the phone. Right away when i started asking her questions the tone of her voice with me became very uncomfortable and I had to ask for someone else to talk to because she had made me cry. I am 6 months pregnant and I do not agree with the way she was speaking to me. I will not be going back here with my little family because of this incident and because of the last incident a couple months ago. I am very saddened that they do not speak to their employees about having professional manners when it comes to dealing with clients. I felt very uncomfortable very offended as well as threatened because Amanda had told me she was in charge. I could not believe someone in charge would ever make someone feel uncomfortable. If anything she should have tried to help me with my problem but instead she snapped at me I had to get transfered to another lady named Karen in order for me to find out what was going on because Amanda had made me feel uncomfortable. I am a manager myself and would never talk to any of my customers this way. I hope maybe someone will read this and actually take immediate action because they will lose business like this and loyal customers. Like i said it saddens me that we have to move on to another dentist because of how unprofessional some people are there. If they can treat a 6 month pregnant woman this way I will not be taking my 2 year old daughter as well as my husband or I anymore. It used to be a great place, not now. I would definitely recommend a place where they care about your feelings and your business. 😊 definitely not hillfield pediatrics and dentistry. Thank you. I am sorry I had to write a bad review. I never write reviews unless I had a real bad experience with a business and this was definitely a stressful environment. 13 years has came to an end for us. 😔:(

I can't even count on one hand the number of times I've made appts for myself or my 3 kids, just to get a reminder text of a completely different date and time for the appts, and they blame me for the mix up when I have reminder cards with the correct appt time in their handwriting. Majority of the front desk staff is completely incompetent and unfriendly, some are great, but I rarely see them in the office. The assistants in the office are wonderful, Dr Wade is great! But I'm done taking my kids here because of their ridiculous mix up with appts and their inability to keep a set appt time or to treat a patron with respect. If they did a complete overhaul of the front desk staff, I'd think about coming back... maybe.
