The staff and hygienists are great, however, Dr Hadfield should really find an alternate occupation. The worst dental experience of my life. That led to a year of pain and eating a lot of smoothies and soups. It’s the worst paying for dental treatment that needs to be fixed by other dentist. Yay for paying twice! And yay for bad dental work!
I went back to Hadfield several times to give him a chance to fix what was wrong. He was clueless, didn’t have any bedside manner, and would send me away after giving me a couple of minutes of his time.

Dr. Hadfield and Heather (hygienist) are absolutely amazing! I was super nervous and they made me feel comfortable (including warm blankets). The numbing process was so easy and the deep clean was a piece of cake. Thank you Dr Hadfield and Heather!!

Dr. Hadfield has been my dental care provider for 16 years. He can make a crown in the office on the day of your appointment. My crown feels so smooth, like my own tooth:)

The staff is so friendly and always remembers everything you talked about! Dr. Hadfield is awesome. I was seriously terrified of the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable! Definitely would recommend.

Unfortunately due to having sick children we missed an appointment with Dr Hadfields office. We were then billed $60 for the missed appointment because we didn't give them a 24 hour notice.
I understand that it's unfortunate for everyone all around having something scheduled then uncontrollable circumstances prevent that from happing. But stuff like this just shows that unfortunately Dr Hadfields doesn't care about you, at all. You are just another number to him due to the unwillingness to work with us on this in anyway. It's saddening to see more businesses practice this type of behavior.
I will say the staff were for the most part are nice (although they did have a unprofessional tendency to talk about other clients while working on you) and Dr Hadfield did do good work on me personally. But after my experience of being treated like a number I will be looking for a new dentist elsewhere.
