I’ve been going to this dentist for three years and haven’t had a problem. This last time they said they wanted to do xrays. I said as long as they were covered by insurance they could do it. I was assured that they were covered. Well, I received my bill and they were not. When I called the dentist and explained what happened, they said that it was my responsibility, not theirs (even after they told me they checked with insurance). I will not be returning to this dentist. Make sure you know your insurance plan inside and out or you’ll end up paying out of pocket with them.

I came here for my first appointment ever and after the normal paper work was done I was taken right back and the ladys that did the work were awesome,helpfull and worked really hard to make sure my mouth clean. The hygienist was 110% thorough. Needless to say I will be seeing them ever 6 months

I have been a patient of Dr Hadfield for cosmetic dental crowns. He is a golfer and it was a busy day for this dentist. He rushed to complete 10 teeth in the upper arch crown preparation for my mouth. My teeth are small so the hasty shaping each tooth was too hot which resulted in nerve damage for 5 teeth that died soon after the crown install. The lab tech is a true dental crown artist. The teeth looked terrific. However, there was a step missed in his final crown processing that made these crowns feel like chalk on the surface. The result was to have this lab tech come and insult me by suggesting the issue with his lab work was due to me the patient had an eating disorder. To avoid having to replace all 10 crowns...he concluded I have an eating disorder instead of accepting his lab process caused the crowns performance. The crowns were replaced. Now, I am a patient that has the expense of 5 implants needed to save my ability to eat, avoid oral disease and to have a smile that should never have been damaged due to poor judgement of time to complete his patients dental crowns. My life has been so filled with oral pain & a need for a HUGE expense to save my ability to eat. I am so disappointed with Dr Randal Hadfield's dental work for my mouth. DONT GO HERE. they are just trying to take your money. I went there because of a failed filling. Described my pain and the situation to them over the phone. Dentist told staff to book me for an appointment. I went in only to be told that he wouldn't touch it because it needed a root canal. I told him that on the phone before. If you cant do a root canal dont just book someone for one. He then decided to poke the exposed nerve where the filling fell out putting me in excruciating pain which I then had to endure for the weekend cause this was Friday and had not booked an appointment with an endodontist BECAUSE I figured when they said come in they would be able to help. In reality they just wanted to have me and my insurance pay them for an appointment when they would do nothing. Never go here.
