I had the best experience ever at Professional Dental at Lindon, in the hands of Dr Myers, Joanne as his dental assistant, I am 60 years old , so I've been going to the Dentist for many years, . This is the first tint I have not felt any pain or discomforts while getting the work done,. The kindness and care Dr Myers and Joanne showed was far and beyond of what I expected,. They we're fun and so professional,. I was so impressed,. I hope Drs Myers never retires, I will be coming here until the end of my days, . Thank you also to the staff at the reception office they were so helpful including Katrins and of course I could not leave out Amber the best Hygenist I've ever had in my life her job was so throughly and perfect. Thanks a million.

Professional dental has been really patient, and understanding of my situation. They have been very accommodating and friendly. I feel that the price hasn’t been too much to pay for all of the work and professionalism.

Disclaimer: At the last visit they asked for a review and gave movie tickets for doing so. This review was technically paid for.
Came here for teeth cleaning and some fillings. I liked Joanne, and Amber who was very kind. As well as the doctors, Dr. Gay and Dr. Romirell.

Okay, I dread going to the dentist office, and have put it off for far too long. I don't know where they've been hiding Dr. Gay. I am so impressed with his chairside manner, he is a super star. Gentle, kind, and professional sums up the entire experience . The front office is amazing, thank you Katrina. Thank you, I recommend this office to anyone who wants to have a better experience at the dentist.

Every time I've gone I've had a great experience. I like all the hygienists and doctors. Megan does a great job cleaning my teeth and it wasn’t painful like other dentists I have been to

Used to go here for nearly a decade but my family nor myself will not anymore. They have repeatedly pressured me into trying to get a procedure done that most of their doctors say is not needed. Recently (the last year or two) we've had repeated billing issues where Professional Dental was in the wrong and refused to own the problem or meet in the middle or anything for the problem they caused. These problems have been Professional Dental billing for the wrong thing, not sending the information to insurance until after the insurance no longer will pay anything because it has been half a year or longer, and accidentally charging the wrong amount on cards. When calling or coming into the office to try to work out the issues everyone is always very kind but often unable to do anything. This is even when the company is at completely at fault like not billing your insurance even though they've had the information for years and even submitted items after with success so instead of your insurance paying what they normally would, you get stuck with the bill. Back before some "recent" changes the billing was great. The billing lady had an office by the front and after the procedure she'd sit down with you and work to get the insurance to pay for most of it right while you were in the office. Now the billing is at the front desk and has obviously suffered a lot.
The straw that broke this camel's back was the last appointment I had with them. They took me back and put me in an isolated chair, I even commented how this chair seemed different and removed from what the rest of their office was setup. After some back and forth with the hygienist I found out that she is actually just starting and it is her first day, she can't even login to the computers and she doesn't know where anything is. She is completely unsupervised, due to the location isolated, and obviously struggling without direct assistance. She would ask for help from her peers for various things like having them login to the computer, help her find something, to have them help with some cleaning thing, to double check her work before the doctor checked me, etc. This normal cleaning session took 3 hours instead of the normal 1 hour. They didn't have me schedule for my next appointment, they didn't get me the normal toothbrush, sample of toothpaste or floss, or the bleach (since I was on the lifetime whitening club thing they have). When bringing it up my issues with my visit with the front desk I felt like I would have been better served saving my breath, the usually kind lady at the front desk was obviously checked out for the day. Around 6 months later I get a call out of the blue about a missed appointment, no reminder cards or calls or anything like they've done for years.
Maybe I'll try one of their new offices when they open but I think I'm done with this location and am sad to see what used to be the best dentist office get so bad.

Had a wonderful experience with the team here. Braelyn and Mackenzie at the front were very helpful with check in and we didn’t wait that long. Kelli and Jen were the ones who cleaned our teeth and they were amazing ! I will be coming back!
