Dr Baldwin chipped a crown that was next to the tooth he was working on and would not take responsibility for it. We pay thousands of dollars for our dental work and he carelessly damaged another tooth that needed no work. He is very expensive not worth the cost! Dr Baldwin is dishonest, dishonorable and will not own his mistakes. Don't go!

TL/dr: if you're looking for a dentist, I'd suggest you keep looking. Before switching to Baldwin Family Dental, my kids only had run-of-the mill dental concerns. After switching we are on two failed fillings, two root canals (so far), and unacceptable treatment of an autistic person by the dentist and his staff.

We moved to the valley a few years ago & needed a new family dentist. We selected Baldwin Family Dental. Since then:
Strike 1: dentist cancelled on my high-functioning autistic son the day of his appointment. My son asked if they would hold themselves to the same "cancellation requires 24+ hours notice or pay a nominal fee" policy. They refused, indicating it was just an empty threat. Words were exchanged and my ASD son was told he could no longer be a customer.
Strike 2: after having a cavity filled, another child was told he had significant decay under a Baldwin filling and would need a root canal and crown. During the root canal, the dentist broke the drill/file off inside the tooth & referred us to a specialist to have it removed before the work could be finished.
Strike 3: yet another child of mine was diagnosed with significant decay under a Baldwin filling and needed a root canal and crown.
Two failed fillings. Two root canals. All after switching to Baldwin Family Dental.
