Baldwin Family Dental is amazing! They got me in and did my root canal right away. The staff members patiently answered all of my questions. Idah is great! She talked to me about every step of the process and made me feel so comfortable the entire time.

My family has been going to Baldwin Family Dental for many years. We have almost always had to wait 15 minutes to over an hour to be seen. Today, due to terrible traffic on the beach and on 390, I was 20 minutes late to the appointment. I was told that they only have a 15 minute grace period and that the dental hygienist had already left for the day. (However, I saw her walk around the corner).
Also, a year ago they chipped my tooth during a cleaning and tried to play it off like nothing happened. I had to come back and tell them that I thought they chipped it on the prior visit. Then they fixed it. Yet, I still went back and gave them another chance.
I did have some very positive experiences here, but this act of hypocrisy, when I have waited more than an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES to be seen, has pushed me over the edge. My family will no longer be going to Baldwin Family Dental:

Have been going for a couple years- cleaning service was fine... They always seemed short staff- not accommodating or flexible. Cancelled my appointment on me twice in row, only managed a reschedule due to complaining about cancelation. My most recent, and last appointment with them, I called to let them know I was running 10 mins late- I was told they couldn't clean my teeth due to my running behind!
For teeth cleaning being so important to the health of the body, they don't seem to mind cancelling on you if it makes their scheduling more convenient for them or another customer not have to wait a few extra minutes. I understand trying to keep to time commitments, but the dental and medical field people expect to wait a few minutes on their appointment due to appointment carryover.

Katlyn was my hygienist today, I’ve been coming here for years and it was my first time with her. She’s super sweet and friendly and took the time to get to know me. She was very gentle and considerate with my teeth when I told her I have a very sensitive gum line :) definitely eased my anxiousness of having a painful cleaning

Everyone in the entire office was great. Very friendly and Im glad i chose them for my dentist care. They make your feel relaxed and very calm. I was nervous but that went away immediately when I sat down in that chair. If your need a great dentist office I highly recommend baldwin dentistry.
