I have always hated the dentist and to be honest I still do, however the staff at Baldwin Family Dental makes it a whole lot more comfortable. From the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists and the doctors themselves, everyone I have come in contact with is friendly and professional. The office is clean and has a welcoming feel to it. Dr. Petersen filled a cavity for me recently and it was the best filling experience I've had. The shot to numb my mouth didn't hurt, he didn't hurt my mouth when he was doing the filling and I've had no issues with the filling to this point. Today when I went in for my 6 month cleaning he started our visit by asking if I had any questions up front. That simple act is a sign of a quality care giver. So far I have been impressed with the care I've received at Baldwin Family Dental!!

I’ve always hated going to the dentist. I have bad teeth and it’s genetic. With Baldwin Family Dental, I feel like family. I can walk in that place and feel their excitement to see me. They know who I am by name. Love, love, love Dr. Baldwin. His bedside manners are amazing!!! Best dentist I’ve had in my whole life!!!!!

I am not a fan of dentists and I am extremely picky about them. When a friend recommended Travis, I was a little skeptical, but he is absolutely amazing! I won't go anywhere else, ever. He's just going to have to keep doing this till I die. Also, due to scheduling, I did see Dr Peterson a couple of times (same office) and he is phenomenal as well. These are people who love coming to work and it shows in their level of care and their staff is also friendly and professional and caring!!

This is a family orientated Dental Office. There overall priorities are your priorities. Everyone in office no matter what title or position they held were of the upmost professional way in every aspect. Dr Baldwin is absolutely awesome before , during , and after procedure one may have. This is a stand up Dental Office in every aspect from A to Z... Somethings in life exceeds ones expectations; My overall experience done just that.

Had my first appointment since my one year old was born. I was nervous to bring her with me, but my fears were quickly put at ease by the friendly staff. The awesome hygenist made great conversation and helped my baby girl not be scared while she worked on my teeth. Dr. Peterson was so thorough and personable. He even took a look at my baby girl's teeth and gave me suggestions on how to best care for them. Overall it was a great experience!

Dr. Baldwin is the best dentist I've ever had in my 31 years of life on this planet. He is patient, kind, goes out of his way for patients, gave me his cell number in case I had problems after hours after surgery, and offers sedation and nitrous (which has been a life saver with the implant I needed). I am moving out of state and wish I could bring him with me. The hygienists are gentle if you ask them to be our if you say you have sensitive teeth like me. Overall I would recommend them all. Thank you for 4 years of amazing dental care. I'll miss you!

I cannot praise Dr. Baldwin enough! He is phenomenal!!!..let me say that again, HE IS PHENOMENAL!!! Seriously, I have been his patient for 6 years now, he has fixed countless cavities (the joy :S) and he pulled my wisdom teeth out about two years ago. To this day I still praise him for such a job well done with my wisdom teeth, I have severe anxiety when it comes to doctors and he was so helpful and knew exactly what to say to put me at ease. After my surgery he gave me his cell number and called me later that night to check on me and make sure I was doing okay (what other doctor does that?!). He is very caring of his patients and works around your needs, he's even opened his office earlier so he could help me out. He has great bedside manners and is so good at getting to know you. I recommend him all the way, I even have family from out of town come to him because he is THAT good! "You're the best, doc!"

I have had nothing but great experiences at Baldwin Family Dental. My usual hygienist, Jill is the kindest and most diligent plaque destroyer out there. I always look forward to my cleanings because of her. Dr. Baldwin is great too but it's hard to outshine Jill.
