I have been to many dentist offices and Skinner Dental is the only dentist I will go to. The staff is super nice and always helpful. From when you come in they greet you and ask how you are. Dr. Skinner is someone who listens to your needs he gives the best advice on what needs to be done with your dental needs. I Give Skinner Dental a 5 or if there were more stars I would give them a 10!!

My first dentist visit in 20 years and all I can say is that it wasn’t the dentist visit that I remember as a kid .I’ll definitely be back . The office staff and Dr were very warm and patient with me . When I told them I was anxious about my appointment. They made me feel very comfortable, walking me through each step of the procedure. I felt very little discomfort which is why I plan to return for regular follow ups . A young lady by the name of JJ was extremely helpful in explaining to me each step, answered my questions , was very empathetic yet reassuring . Skinner Dental , staff and JJ thank you for erasing 20 years of DDS phobia .

Excellent, excellent! I cracked a crown, called Dr. Skinner and got right in. I know as we age, our teeth need more attention. I feel 100yrs old as I feel every tooth has needed some sort of attention. I made "the Valley Search" as my original dentist retired. I do not look forward to dentist visits, I get so nervous and anxious. Dr. Skinner and his team are #1 with patients like me. He explains everything in detail and gives options, YOU decide your care. Every time I leave I feel great about my care, this is called "Excellent Patient Experience". Thank you Dr. Skinner!

Staff is friendly and they do fine work, but I won't be back because their billing is untrustworthy.
On my first visit, they verified that they were in network with my insurance. I visited for a couple years and referred my husband, after which Skinner Dental gave me a referral credit to put towards my appointments. The next time I visited them, they insisted I owed them money for that visit and previous visits. I asked them why I owe copays for cleanings when they are in network and they confessed my insurance only covers them 80%. They further tried to convince me that being covered 80% is still "not that much" that I need to pay out of pocket and should continue visiting....buuut to me free beats a couple hundred dollars any day. They also pulled a similar stunt on my husband.
I admit, I should have done more research on my end with in-network dentists but lesson learned. I hope others learn from my mistake.

Always lovely! All of the staff are like your good friends. The care is excellent. They monitor everything and give you excellent tips on how to better care for your dental health. My husband and I both love coming here.
