Generally my father is happy with the work he receives. He has had an appointment for two weeks for some work to be done and also a bridge fitted. The bridge did not come in today but there was no phone call to advise us and reschedule. Instead I drove 65 miles to pick up my father and take him out to Hyde Park just to find out we needed to reschedule for Monday. Our appointment today was not until 2 o’clock so there was plenty of time for Dr. Bill‘s office to notify us and make a new appointment rather than waste two hours of my day
