Dr. Carlson and Priebe are best doctor ever. They are careful to listen what patient concerns. They treat people sincerely. Staffs are very friendly and helpful always. Hygienists are so skilled. I have never had any problem with Hyde Park Dental, such as treatment, payment, make appointment etc. I highly recommend.

Dr. Bills and his staff are always so nice & friendly. I took my 3 year old for his first visit and all the staff made him feel so comfortable & also made it fun for him! We both left with our teeth feeling so clean!

I had a root canal scheduled but my tooth didn't want to wait. I called early am after a night of no sleep and pain, and Dr. Carlson did my root canal during his lunch break. The office staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable, and even helped me to relax and alleviate the pain from a migraine. I can't really say enough positive things about my experiences at Hyde Park Dental. 😍

I have written a review before telling EVERYONE to go here. This place was amazing! They recently had some staffing changes. This is not the awesome place it use to be. The people at the front desk have no customer service skills at all, and look like they hate their jobs. I was contacted to confirm my appointment, which I did and then received a notice no more than an hour later needing to reschedule for a whole month later. When I called they couldn't even find me in their system, and the girl I spoke with made it out to be as if this was my fault. They should've done whatever was needed to keep the girl that use to work the desk. The doctors and hygienists there are great, but I don't know if I'll ever go back because of how difficult this experience was.
