I transferred to monarch dental from their sister facility in Texas. It took them MONTHS to get my records from castle dental. I was only with them for a few months before deciding to have my braces removed after being told I would need jaw surgery to complete my treatment. My original orthodontist assured me that I wouldn't need surgery and they could fix my teeth without it and then I'm told they couldn't. That's not even my issue. I had my braces taken off in November of last year and was told everything was taken care of because I had been paying out of pocket. 5 months later my husband realized they were still charging us 116 a month for braces I didn't have. Celeste gave me a HUGE run around and would never call me back when she said she would. Said she was in contact with the original office manager for castle and then turned around and said that the manager for castle hadn't worked there for months. Told me she had "sometimers" when her job is dealing with money. Lied and said she had tried calling me and gave me this bogus number that I have no clue where she got and wasn't even close to my number. She's honestly the worst office manager I have ever dealt with. I had to finally call Smile Brand to figure out what was going on because she didn't know. Not impressed with her and will not be going back there if she is still there.

I hadn’t gone to a dentist in a few years. I finally got dental insurance and went to Monarch Dental.
I went two days. The first day I got there and got my xrays done. It was a lot of xrays. I thought they would do my cleaning that day too, but I didn’t. Okay, come back another day to do cleaning.
The second day left me TRAUMATIZED. I went for my cleaning and the lady who did my teeth was EXTREMELY aggressive and rushed through it quickly. I’m not too much of a wimp to pain. And I’ve had cleanings before. This was the MOST PAINFUL experience I’ve ever had from cleaning my teeth. She rushed through (it seemed she had a lot of other people to do) and was very careless with my teeth.
I was trying to explain to her before hand where parts of my teeth were sensitive and she didn’t listen to me at all. I have strong teeth too. She was also really aggressive when flossing my teeth.
I had my “cleaning” done in less than 20 minutes. I’ve never had a cleaning done that fast. And even so, all she had to do was slow down and be more mindful about what she was doing.
I’d hate to think of what damage could be done if she was working with someone who had fragile or brittle teeth, cavities that hadn’t been filled, chipped teeth, and more.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE. IT WAS THE MOST PAINFUL “CLEANING” I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. YOU ARE WORKING WITH TEETH. BE MINDFUL.

DO NOT go here. I went to this place ever since i was a young child and they always told me my teeth were fine. As soon as i got older i didnt see a dentist in 4 years thinking my teeth were fine but i started having issues with my teeth. They would hurt, had a hard time eating food and had bleeding. So being still on my moms dental plan i went in and asked what was going on with my teeth they said everything looked fine to them and that nothing was wrong. They never even did an x ray check of any kind just looked in my mouth and said nothing was wrong. I paid a co pay and everything for that wrong info. As soon as i got my own dental plan because of not being on my moms plan anymore for just 1 year after that visit. I go to a different dental place that supports my dental insurance and come to find out i have 6 cavities. 6!! How could i get 6 in 1 year huh. So i was able to get one tooth done before i had to cancel my dental insurance cause i cant afford everything from recently having a child and obviously my kid comes before my teeth but right now i cant even eat a can of tuna without my teeth hurting so bad. So dont go to ANY monarch dental place. They obviously like to lie and just get their money

Dr. Z is amazing and so is his staff! They was able to work a miracle with my broken tooth that should have been pulled but I was not in a financial position to pull and replace it at this time. I am so grateful for the temporary fix he was able to do. I can smile again! And go to work unembarrassed! Thank you Monarch!

The doctors and the hygentist are very concerned with your comfort and care. I've had my teeth cleaned several times and a deep cavity filled with no pain or problems. The staff is very friendly and professional and see to your needs quickly. I hate going to the dentist but if I have to, this is the place I will go.

My son was up most the night with a tooth ache and i couldn't get an appointment anywhere. These guys said there were full but upon hearing it was for my son they made a gap and got him in. They were extremely helpful even though my son had a very rough time. Would go back without question.

It took 45 minutes for my son to get seen for a
check-up. That’s ridiculous. In all my years of going to the dentist, I have never had to wait that long. Quite frustrating. There wasn’t even an explanation or an apology. We will e transferring to a different dentist.

So I scheduled an appointment for the 6th got a certified letter from my obgyn because I’m pregnant and got there 15 minutes early to fill out papers only to have them tell me I couldn’t be seen unless I actually had my insurance card (I hadn’t received my card yet) or I had to pay out of pocket. So after calling customer service I found out I could have it faxed over. When I spoke with my insurance they told me they could have simply called and gotten proof of my insurance and that they could of looked it up in their systems. So either these people were lazy and incapable or maybe they had a ‘personal problem’ with me in general. Worst experience ever and I will not be rescheduling with them.
