They were so nice and professional. The front office was clean and sanitized. The exam room was sterilize d and the hygienist was very friendly and answered any of my concerns. The dentist answered my concerns about a bridge I had on my upper left side plus possible for another ony lower jaw and my options. Plus they have a Ortho right there in there office to see about Invisauligns, which helps so much with traveling. I recommend this place to anyone with needing and exam, x-rays, cleaning , whiting as their prices are so reasonable and they even have a promotion on their website.

I wish I could give zero stars. I've always had such great experiences with monarch dental until I tried to come to this location for an appointment. I had an appointment at 3pm and I waited in their waiting room for an hour with my toddler. The hygienist came out and acknowledged me by name and then proceeded to do the preliminary covid screening. Instead of taking me back after the screening she screened the other 3 people in the waiting room (which is fine) and then went into the back for awhile. When she came back out she called the patient with the 4pm appointment (who obviously came in after me.) I asked the receptionist what was happening and if I should come back at 430pm since there was only one hygienist; she told me to wait and she would figure it out. Then the dental assistant came out and called a lady who had come in after me and the 4pm appointment and then looked at me and said I'll come back for you. Really awful mannerisms to ignore me and then half acknowledge me when I've been waiting the longest and she knows it too. So then finally it's my turn and the dental assistant calls me back for xrays and lets me know I can only have xrays and an exam today and I won't be able to have my cleaning because the hygienist is booked out. I personally didnt want to come back to this hell hole office for something that should've been done an hour ago, the day of my appointment. Again, I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible mannerisms, terrible communication, terrible execution of plans. All they did was waste my time.

When she began having a toothache she called and tried to get back in. Apparently they had no insurance on file for her and wouldn't see her unless she paid in full for the next visit. So, I called, (from out of state I might add), on 3 separate occasions to update her insurance info and try to get her an appointment and pay what insurance wouldn't cover. I was blown off 3 different times and I NEVER received a call back. It's been 3 weeks and my daughter is still in pain . Their excuse.... We're short staffed. That only works for so long. I'm short staffed too but, I call people back. Apparently this company is doing so good they don't need anymore money and can continue blowing people off. That's fine. We can find someone who is happy to have the business. I'd much rather go somewhere they at least act like they care!

I took my daughter (who’s 4) there today for a first visit and because I’m worried she might have a cavity. The environment isn’t really for kids but that was fine. The assistant must have had something up her butt because she wouldn’t even talk to my daughter or anything as my daughter was trying to talk to her. Everything was fine my daughter let them do X-rays and clean her teeth but the second she stuck the suction in my daughters mouth she freaked out like I’m assuming most 4 year olds would. The assistant got mad said I needed to calm her down and get her mouth open which I was trying to get my daughter calm but the fact the assistant was getting mad at me didn’t help. We couldn’t get her to open her mouth after that so they told me they couldn’t help me and I had to go somewhere else. Which fine I’m taking her to an all pediatric dentist but I just felt they could have been more understanding given her age and the fact she hasn’t had a teeth cleaning with the suction like that before which I told them. Anyway rant over. I wouldn’t take young kids there.

100% Satisfaction. I do not like visiting the dentist. I tend to only go when I am in dire need, which was the case with my recent visit. I was at lunch and lost a filling. I was able to get an appointment that same day. I was very relieved. The staff was very inviting, both over the phone during my scheduling of the appointment and upon my arrival. I didn't have to wait very long before I went back. I was able to ask my questions to the doctor who gave me feedback and a solution that I was satisfied with. My concerns about the procedure were catered to and overall, much to my relief. I do not like visiting the dentist, but I will be visiting this office again for any future dental needs. I may even go crazy and schedule a cleaning.

The front staff here are very rude. Especially the short fat Hispanic one with the dark glasses and dark hair. When we walked in, she was standing talking to what appeared to be a patient until they kissed goodbye to which I realized was a family member. Loud annoying music in the lobby. Literally told us to leave and come back later because we were too early (30 minutes). Then the front staff disappeared altogether for over 10 minutes once we returned.

Update- I also asked their staff if there was an outlet in the lobby where I can plug in my iPad while my wife’s teeth were removed. They said no. About 45 minutes into their surgery, they bring a fan because the lobby is steaming hot and plug into an outlet hidden behind a chair.

The Layton location is the place to go. Completely different experience. Nice attentive staff their.

I needed massive dental work,, and I still am working on some of it. They referred me to where I needed to go, and Dr. Z has performed the rest of the procedures. He did a phenomenal job on my front teeth so far. I can now smile, confidently.

I took my whole family to this office and they billed all through my insurance except my oldest daughter. They asked for payment up front. I told them I will wait until they bill it through my insurance. It has been 3 months of them billing me each month and my wife calls them to have them bill the insurance and they never do. Now they have turned it over to collections. I don’t understand how they can't figure out how to bill my insurance but they can sure figure out how to send it to collections. I will be going in Monday to get them straightened out face to face. They sent me a credit on my other child because they over billed years ago. I have had multiple problems with monarch dental with these billing issues so I will probably look for a different dentist.

I was visiting from out of town and had a filling break and I came to Monarch Dental on Riverdale Road last minute. Everyone that helped me was so nice! The gal that checked me in was so cute and very friendly; we visited for awhile. The gal that did my x-rays was professional and explained everything to me, including the paperwork/insurance details at the end of my visit. Dr. Zafiratos was extremely concerned about my tooth and my pain and even though he has never treated me before, he took time with me to talk about my options and I really appreciated that. Overall it was a very pleasant visit for an unpleasant tooth issue. If I lived here I would absolutely make them my regular dentist office!

I got 4 fiillings done and they did such a good job. I hardly felt a thing! I am a person who had some anxiety about dental work, like many people do, if you are nervous about going to the dentist I highly recommend this dentist office. The doctor was super gentle and took his time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
