I was extremely disappointed in the way everything was handled at this office! They wanted me to schedule a pulmonary embolism root canal for my daughter on her baby teeth without even discussing ANYTHING with the doctor!!! Not only that, she’s a minor, and this was our first visit to the doctor and he never once came to introduce himself or talked about my daughter and what he recommended she have done. Not personable at all, and very disappointed.

Always a great experience! Barb (front desk) fit me in the schedule last minute. The dental hygienists are friendly, and take a great deal of care to ensure your oral health. Dr. Broadbent saved my cracked tooth and it looks and feels amazing!

I had a cleaning with Stephanie. She was awesome. She didn’t treat me like I was some cold body on a table. She asked me some questions before we got started to get to know me and talked with me during the visit. It was an enjoyable conversation which made the time seem to go by with the visit and it was actually one of the quickest dental visits I have had in a while. My session started a little after the time of my appointment, but it was still quicker than I anticipated. Everyone was nice and friendly.

I was referred to this office by a coworker and I like them a lot. The office staff is very helpful in helping me get an appointment, even notifying me of cancellations. The hygienist always does a thorough job, and I never feel like they're trying to get me to pay for things I don't need (yes, this happened in California). Dr Ball and Dr Peacock are super friendly! Great office.

Today was our first visit to the Dental Center. From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly, our two Dental Hygienists, Lexi and Kari, were extremely kind and patient to my children and made both kids feel at ease. Dr. BB answered all of my questions and was great with the kids. One child, who usually has anxiety about getting his teeth cleaned said he wanted to go back really soon, in 2 months, actually. 6 months would be too long. We are definitely returning in 6 months. Thank you very much for a positive experience!

Dental Center is best place around. Staff is detailed and friendly and all the dentists take great care of your teeth. They are honest and never do work that isn't needed. I highly recommend Dental Center in Orem. They make you feel like family.

Dr. Ball is the only dentist I've liked going to. His staff are all professional, kind, and personal. I've always felt in the loop with procedures and billing. Also we've had a few different insurance providers and we've never run into issues. We would probably have to move out of the county if not further to stop going to the Dental Center.

All staff are so helpful and cordial. They are a special family; and their work and results have been exceptional for my family and me, especially from the skill of Dr. Ball. I am especially grateful for Laura and her professional and tender work on my teeth - keeping them clean and healthy. I also appreciate Barbara's considerate care at the reception desk!

Dr. Ball and his staff are amazing!! Had such a great experience for my first time at the office, and I brought my 2 year old son for his first time ever appointment. Sheree was the best! She was so
patient, and made my son’s appointment so fun! He is still talking about it! I would recommend anyone to Dental Center!

It was my first time going to Dental Center and seeing Dr. Broadbent. He was professional and helpful with giving me the best options and advice for my dental care. He listened to my concerns and was able to find a solution that I was happy with. I was pleased with my experience here and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
