We love Maughan dentistry for many reasons. First, they use laser technology to fill cavities so no painful shots or drilling needed. Both my kids (8 and 4 at the time) only had to use gas. Second, their staff is nice. One of their hygienists Megan is down to earth and great with me and my kids. And lastly, their dentist, Dr Mike is also great with kids and us adults and is straightforward and honest. I never felt he was arbitrarily filling a cavity it trying to get us to do any unnecessary work.

I recommend these dentists to everyone. I have been seeing Kenneth Maughan for about 16 years and he is the best dentist I’ve ever had.
- They are conservative about what they say needs to be worked on, not like some dentists you find that are like shady auto mechanics, telling you have 13 cavities.
- I have a super small mouth, but with the aid of these special glasses that Dr. Maughan wears, I am not constantly asked to open my mouth wider. And I’m not submitted to a bunch of strange shenanigans like a plastic stuff in my mouth to isolate the tooth, or a bite block that I didn’t ask for that causes my jaw to lock.
- He does a good job. With all the dental work I have had done—a lot—it may be sore for a while but it always calms down and feels normal again.
- They are just really reasonable and don’t charge you for every little thing.
- They are quick and don’t over-numb you. The anesthesia wears off pretty quickly.
I have always hated going to the dentist, but I’ve finally found a great place and I dread ever moving and having to find a new dentist.
