I called the office before my sons appointment to make sure they contracted with my insurance, and I was told that they did. I got there, they took my insurance card and put it in their system, so they were aware of what insurance I went through before we saw anyone. They let me go all the way through my sons appointment and took scans and only after, did they inform me that they actually were not contracted with our insurance. I had to pay over 200 dollars for nothing. I should not have trusted them. I should have just called my insurance company to make sure. They called me later and tried to tell me that it was becasue I told them the wrong insurance, but even if that were the case they still had the correct information before I was taken back and said nothing. As a consumer please be aware that money is the highest priority to this company.

I've had two root canals done by Dr. Creer and he does excellent work. Office staff is also great and very easy to work with. Highly recommended if you need work done.

Like most people I’m busy and hate the dentist. So needing a root canal the same week as a board meeting, a Christmas party, and a funeral was not my idea. Dr. Creer kindly explained, as I sat in his chair trying to talk my way out of the procedure (no doubt as he has done for a thousand patients) that waiting until your tooth is worse/more painful is a bad time management strategy. He was a fast, efficient and professional. His staff was top notch. If you have to have a root canal, he’s your man.

I was nervous about having a root canal but it wasn’t bad at all. Dr.Creer and his staff were so fast and did a great job. The shots were really not too bad and then I didn’t feel anything else. I hope I don’t need another root canal but if I do, I’m coming back to Dr.Creer!!

Dr. Creer did an amazing job on my molar root canal. The procedure took longer than usual since there were complications with the tooth, but he explained what he was doing in full detail . I would recommend Dr. Creer 110% of the time!

I appreciated the the way I was welcomed once I walked through the door. The receptionist was friendly and very informative as to my condition and assisting me with the insurance coverage and financial needs.
I was impressed that the doctor took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect, and answer my questions. Taking that time is a rare service in today busy world. In fact, the staff reached out to me later that day to check on my condition.
I have used their services twice and appreciate the care they take to make it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to others.
