The receptionist Britney was really rude. Rudely she said No. You may not. Instead of saying. No I apologize but you can not go back is how you say it. Watch out for this receptionist. She has black short hair.

Went in with sever pain in my tooth and jaw. Long story short, my last dentist botched my root canal and an infection formed in my jaw. Dr. Creer preformed the surgery quickly and painlessly and even a couple days after the surgery, there's little to no pain! Highly recommend.

I was referred here by Hobble Creek dentistry in Springville. When I first came in they were nice enough. I was assured during 3 visits that the insurance was going to pay their portion. Upon my 4th visit I was informed that the the cleaning of the root canals had not worked and I would now need surgery. I said I would have to wait as I could not pay the $1000 + dollars it would cost. I said I would have to see, Then they told that BY THE WAY your insurance is not covering anything! Nice of them to tetll me after i turned them down for more visits. then they told me that I had to go back to Hobble Creek also to get the crowns put back that Hobble Creek had put in less than 6 months ago. So They are happy they are making money and I was misled about what i would have to pay until they could not make any more money. That is what it seems like to me. I now have 2 holes in my mouth and no crowns on them and am having to pay over $2000 dollars for work that did not work.

Simply this office is kind. I was given instructions that helped me deal with the situation until they could see me. They worked me in due to a cancellation. Everyone was nice, gentle and genuinely cared about my comfort all the way. Called afterwards to check on me after I returned home.
