I would never return to them. Their billing is shady. I told them to only do what my insurance covered. His insurance coordinator failed to do her job and see what was covered and failed to get pre-authorization. When i called to talk about it, she would constantly cut me cut. His main billing lady was nice just not the coordinator

They broke my tooth. They said come back and will fix it. After examining the broken tooth and taking x-rays they found they were at fault and said they would fix it for free. Then turned around and billed my insurance and billed me for $50. I called multiple times and they said they’d take care of it. Then they sent it to collections 3 times. Each collection agency returned it to there office and again they said they would just take care of it. Now I have a judgment against me for $800. Because they took care of it. Why would I go back to them They broke my tooth. If he wasn’t going to cover the cost of the repair why would I have went back. I would have taken my business elsewhere

The team here is AMAZING! Plus I could not say enough great things about Dr. Gunnerson! I did their 6 month braces and oh...my...goodness! I LOVE my smile again! I was so used to hiding my smile and not smiling, that now my cheeks hurt from the workout they're getting because I can't stop smiling! Thank you for making such a difference in my life! My teeth are beautiful!

I was so afraid of going to the dentist and after not going at all for 13 years my friend recommended Gunnerson Dental to me when I was having a majorly painful problem with my teeth! I called and told them how anxious and embarrassed I was that I had let things go for so long and they were so kind to me. Everyone is just super helpful and non judgmental and they take the time to explain everything they are doing and do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable! I have continued driving over an hour to come here after they made me feel so at ease with everything I needed fixed! They let me put my headphones on while they are working on me, they will give you nitrous if you want it, chapstick, warm blankets and neck pillows. I just really appreciate not having ptsd after every dental appointment nowadays... even if I am having a root canal :)

This by far is the best dental office in the country. You walk in and your greeted with a big smile and ask if you'd like something to drink (it's brought out to you on a sliver plater) the waiting room feels more like your walking into a very warm cozy home.
The whole staff makes you feel like family and your the most important person there. Dr Gunnerson has the best bedside manner and makes one feel as comfortable as one can feel in a dental chair with someone else's hands in your mouth.
Once you experience Gunnerson Dental you'll never look for another dentist again.

I had my crown fabricated and placed in record time...no muss, no fuss, and I was comfortable during the entire process. Dr. Gunnerson has organized this process to be patient-centric and efficient. I even learned a few things that I plan to use in my medical practice. Gotta love that!

It's such a great environment. There are only two things that would make it better. If they served you dinner. The other is if they changed their candy dish from lifesavers to caramels. But in a serious note, hands down the best dentist and staff that I've been to. Trust me. That's a lot of dentists

Be cautious. This dentist does not have any kind of guarantee to back up his work.Bridge was in place shortly over 2 years, completely broke. Would not stand behind his work. 4 of my direct family members have similar stories. Went to another reputable office, paid $1,200 dollars LESS, than this office's "discounted price"! AND the new office would not let me pay until work was complete and we were sure the bridge was perfect!

When I was in the office, I was treated like royalty and they have wonderful people, the dentist was fantastic, and I really appreciate how above and beyond they went to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
That alone would have a 5 star review.
HOWEVER, I am very disappointed in the integrity of this office and unfortunately it cost them several patients. Just be sure to call and check your specific insurance yourself and not take their word for it.
