These guys made me feel welcome, relaxed and a part of the family. Called then with a tooth ache, got me right in - within 2 hours, and left knowing what the plan was to address, a temporary solution to keep me in comfort and an experience well beyond any recent dental visit in the past couple of years.

Dr. Craven is awesome and his staff is amazing! My wife and I actually travel from over an hour away just to have him as our dentist. We have always felt welcome and cared for. Would recommend him 100%!

The positive is that they are efficient and friendly. I've never waited longer than a few minutes for an appointment and they take good care of you. However, we got new insurance this year, and I didn't realize that they didn't take the new insurance. I should have checked, but I just went to my appointment, and then my husband went to his a week later. We were shocked when we got our bill! We do have a duty to find out about providers for our insurance for ourselves, but I really wish that they had been more upfront about that and what the costs would look like. The situation was very frustrating.

I've always been a nervous dental patient but Dr. Craven and his staff are friendly, gentle, thorough and great at what they do. Dr. Craven takes plenty of time to make sure my questions are answered and that I'm comfortable with any work that needs to be done. I'm so glad that I found them, I don't dread going to the dentist so much anymore.

This was my first time at Mountain View Dental. The front desk staff were welcoming and polite. The hygienist (Chelsy) did a fabulous job! She felt naturally personable while at the same time very professional. Dr. Frost was in and out quickly, but it didn't feel rushed. I am so excited to have found a new dentist office where I feel comfortable and cared about.

Picked this dentist randomly off a list from our insurance provider. It was an INCREDIBLE experience. My little one started fussing in his car seat and they had someone come in just to soothe him. When that wasn't working, they said they were totally fine with me holding him and working around us to clean my teeth! They were great conversationists and I didn't have to wait hours for the doctor to come in. Very family friendly. I would recommend it to anyone!

I am new to this dental clinic. Upon my first appointment I was greeted professionally as well Karissa was kind and helpful during paperwork process. It is easy to find and close to my job. The office is beautiful. Everyone was great. They send you a text to remind you of your appointment which is helpful. We are so glad we found them!!!

I went to this office for the first time yesterday. They were amazing. Everyone was so kind. It's like the chik fil a of dentist offices. I love that before they performed a procedure on me they had the financial advisor go over everything with me. I felt like I knew exactly what was happening. I really trust Dr. Jolly. I'm glad we moved here so we could have such a great dentist.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! I will never go anywhere else. Doctor K has gone above and beyond for me. He always takes time to explain all of my options and let's me know what is in my best interest. I have always been very nervous when it came to dental work, but he has made me feel more comfortable. Doctor K has made me feel confident in smile again. That was something I didn't think would ever happen. I am very grateful for all of his hard work and I Reccomend him to anyone! This is the best dentist office in town! I only wish I found him earlier!

Every time we go there it is almost an hour wait to actually see the dentist. So when I realize my child's preschool program was that same day, I called to reschedule the appointment. I called 28 hours in advance and was informed that I will get charged $50 to reschedule. If they stayed on track, there would not be an issue. Guess I will be finding a new dentist for my kids.
