Excellent facility, friendly & efficient staff. We are in the process of having "WaterLase" fillings done for my four year old son and I can not express how incredible this technique and machine is. After being told we would have to take the complete anesthesia route, I was so relieved to discover this method. There have been no shots, no numbing, no anesthesia necessary! My kiddo is perfectly comfortable and I get to sit right next to him the entire time. Dr. Craven is skilled, knowledgeable and reassuring. 5 stars!

I’ve been going to Dr. Craven for years now and he’s nothing less than professional. All the staff there is so sweet and accommodating too! The dentist has never been my favorite place to visit, but they know how to make you feel comfortable! It’s great.

The staff is super friendly and supportive. They not only treat you but they help educate you on improving your dental care. I appreciate that I'm never just a number there. The staff focuses on making each patient feel comfortable and safe. Love them!

Dr. Cragun and his staff are fantastic! I have always had a fear of the dentist until I started going to Mountain View Dental and Dr. Cragun. He is so good at giving the shots that I don’t even feel them! NO JOKE! He and his staff always make sure that I am doing okay and that I am comfortable. After I broke my very back molar, they got me in ASAP. The temporary fit perfect and didn’t come off even during thanksgiving dinner! The crown that I just got today also fits perfect and I have no pain! I can’t thank Dr. Cragun enough for his professional and kind manner and the same for his staff! Five stars for sure from me!

I really enjoyed going here for the first time, when 2of my Lil girls needed some dental work. My girls really liked it here too, the doctors and staff was really attentive, nice and respectful. I will definitely be going back here with out a doubt, very pleasant and peaceful environment.

Have been going to Mountain View Dental in pleasant view for years now love the new building and the people. Thank you for all you do. Also my daughter loves the fun things you do for her having no cavity's :) if you want a great place for the family I would say they are the best around..

I am terrified of the dentist. I have been for more than 50 years. Dr Jolley was very patient with me and did an outstanding job. I will even go back next week for an exam and cleaning. Which for me to do, is unheard of, if no pain to get resolved. The price I paid out of pocket for the ER visit and two cavities filled, was less than I thought, so very happy with that part too. If you too have fears, try this office, if I am happy and willing to return, trust me, it's a good experience.

This dental office is very caring and friendly. Dr. Craven is a fantastic Doctor he really knows what he's doing also the Doctors and the staff is very helpful and sympathetic to your oral hygiene needs. I came she not your office last week and WOW! The office is beautiful and reminded me of a luxury hotel lobby. I was greeted by JoAnn and we chatted about our kids until I was taken back. My cleaning was gentle and the hygienist and her assistant were also fun to talk to. The gal that checked me out was thorough with explaining my treatment estimate and educating me on the benefits of having insurance. She also said that insurance can be tricky and to call them directly if I have any questions. I stopped by joann's desk and we chatted a bit more. I've never been to a more personable dentist office in my life. Thanks!
