i Couldn’t be happier. I just came down to Rosarito all the way from Utah to get my teeth done and they turned out great. Dr. Francis and her mother Are very nice and gave me a root canal, post and crown along with 11 fillings.
I got my x-rays, work up and plan done in Utah and emailed it to her. She speaks English quite well and has the appropriate tools for the job. Not a huge office but it works just fine. I’m so grateful to not be in pain!!!!!

Come to Francis Dental if you would like a dentist who is careful not to over-treat or do unnecessary work. This is not the dentist for you if you wish to pay for fillings that may not really be needed. I appreciate knowing that though there are potential cavities in my mouth, they may not become actual cavities for 5 or 10 or more years. This was news to me after seeing several dentists on both the West and East Coasts. Dr. Francis will not fill them simply to keep himself busy, he will monitor them for years. No unnecessary dental work at this office.
Ceri, the dental assistant is the most well-informed assistant I have ever met. I felt some concern about one of my teeth and she explained what she saw in my x-rays so clearly and so well that when Dr. Francis came in to talk through my x-rays, it was all a review. Ceri, the assistant, is just that knowledgeable and capable!

My husband has been a devoted patient of Dr. Francis for years and years and has been persuading me to switch dental offices since we started dating. I broke down and finally made my new patient appt. and went in for a cleaning. My only complaint is why didn’t I switch sooner?! Dr. Francis and his team are so great! Ceri, the Hygienist, was amazing! I brush and floss as good as the next girl but man I wish I had taken before and after photo’s cuz she went at it with all her might and made my smile sparkle and shine. I couldn’t be happier! She took her time and focused on my concerns and was genuinely interested in me and my life, aka my daughter. I’m so glad my hubby convinced me to switch to his dentist, now I love them too!

Absolutely amazing staff!! We've had some bad experiences with some prior dentists so had been looking for a new dentist for our family. We found Dr. Francis on google reviews with 5 star ratings. I've had dental work done all over the US and internationally. This is the best dental work I have experience. The hygienist is especially excellent. She should receive the MVP award for hygienist! Never have had clean her teeth. And Bill is great.

Dr. Francis is THE best! I have been going to see him ever since I I was old enough to see to the dentist and I don't want to go anywhere else. I did once and it was a disaster. I even moved away and when I visit I schedule my appointment to come and see him. Staff is wonderful and caring, you won't get a better dentist or dental hygienist anywhere!!
