Our family has been going to Dr. Francis for over 15 years, and we have been so pleased with his work. He is very caring and honest--he won't do any work that is not necessary. He is so knowledgeable and skilled, in fact, he even put braces on two of our children. His office staff goes above and beyond to work with our insurance and to fit appointments within our crazy schedule. His hygienists are awesome and very dedicated. Once one of my sons broke a piece on his braces, and Dr. Francis' hygienist stopped by our house to fix the piece on her way home from work. Six years ago we moved out of state, but we hated the idea of getting a new dentist. So, we plan trips to Utah just so we can go to Dr. Francis! Francis Dental is worth the 600 mile drive!

Out of this world AWESOME! I've been going to Dr. Francis for years and I've consistently had nothing but spectacular experiences.
I suspect most of us have had those other kinds of experiences, like the one with the questionable auto mechanic: they often find stuff that "needs" to be repaired (other than what you went in for). And sometimes even after they have "fixed" it, the primary problem still persists. I tend to come away feeling a little violated from businesses like that.
The good news is that I have finally found an auto mechanic and a dentist that I can implicitly trust. A few years back I needed an implant. While Dr. Francis does that work and was willing to do it for me, for a number of reasons he recommended I instead see a specialist. To me, that demonstrated a lot of integrity and focus on what was best for the customer.
The hygienists are also spectacular! I usually get Siri and she does an excellent job educating me about issues she spots and shares things I can do between visits to better clean my own teeth and care for my gums.

Bill is the best dentist in the world (we should know, we've lived in 2 other states and 2 foreign countries. We often waited to have dental work done until we could be in Utah.
Bill is professional, patient, and excellent at explaining what needs to be done and any options you have.

No unnecessary dental work. No nazi hygienists scolding you for not flossing even though you do regularly. Great, friendly practice that is concerned about doing a good job and not breaking the bank. Oh, and they're quick.

Bill Francis has been our family's dentist for over two decades. He is kind, skilled, compassionate, caring, and perhaps most important of all, has integrity. He does not do work which does not need to be done and is often the "go to" dentist for second opinions. He has lost money by saying, "You do not need x y z done. It would be a waste of time and money." What dentist says that?!
