This was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting a crown! Two hours, start to finish, and it’s all done. Dr. Bill and his staff are THE BEST! Thanks for making today a positive experience!

Dr. Francis’s office is the greatest! I have gone to him since I was a kid. As an adult I have since been to 3 other dentists because of insurance but I had such bad experiences that I decided it was worth paying extra to go back to him even though he was out of network. But it turned out that Dr. Francis is so conservative, that even when he was out of network for me I SAVED MONEY going to him over the dentist who was covered by Medicaid (because the Medicaid dentist did a bunch of upgrades and unnecessary things without properly explaining it to me). Dr. Francis is so honest, easy going and nice, and knowledgeable. And his assistant Ceri is one of my favorite people! She could talk your ear off or listen to you talk all day. She remembers people and is so easy to talk to and GREAT with kids. And Connie and Debbie in the office are always sweet and helpful.
My husband has switched from his family dentist and we take our kids to Dr. Francis instead of the pediatric dentist who we had a bad experience with. I can’t say enough good things! Absolutely recommend!
