Look, I seldom go to the dentist. There's a considerable fear involved because previous dentists just never used enough anesthesia, so the experience has always been torturous for me. Unfortunately, my tooth broke, and after placing several calls, Marlo, the office manager, took mercy. Not only did she fit me in on an emergency basis, but they all stayed late to give me a temporary crown and they said they would come in over the weekend to fabricate a permanent one. Everyone there was caring and considerate. Dr. Hughes was kind, understanding, and made sure to give me adequate anesthetic; Marlo, whose concern I already mentioned, and Susie, the technician who helped create the crown, was very nice, too. The word is used perhaps a bit too often, yet this practice truly is awesome. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Hughes and Becky are super great. I just moved to Utah from LA and I never thought I’d find the right dentist for me and this is it! So welcoming and you feel at home. They make me feel as comfortable as possible and are so detail oriented walking me through all the steps and reassuring me that they will help me with any dental needs. Not only are they great dentists they are great conversationalists as well. Every time I go in for an appointment they go above and beyond! My appointments are always super fun because I can joke with them and just pretty much talk about anything and everything. My last appointment I ran into some issues and I was about 30 minuets late I felt terrible but the second I walked in they made sure that I was still taken care of and hopped right into my appointment with absolutely no rush. You can tell when a business is either money hungry pushy and I can tell you that they are not it. No matter what cost they don’t even push you to pay they just get the job done and reach out to me later for payment. Everyone that works here is amazing and fun and understanding, especially if you’re a college student. And because my gums are super sensitive I was given not one but three Tooth pastes for sensitive gums and two flossing little tubes and a super soft tooth brush and some hand cream after my visit!! The only thing I look forward to at the dentist is the awesome gifts afterwards. Love it. Awesome service will be making this my go to dental ! Thank you Alta view my teeth look awesome!

Unfortunately went to Dr Hughes for several years before I knew better. Questionable personal morals. Office staff are back stabbers, and quality of dental care leaves much to be desired. Several of my crowns were done poorly and had to be redone When I went to a new dentist his comment " who did this work?" When I told him he recommended me never to return. The bad job on my crown caused me to have the root canal. My husband had the same issue but with THREE of his crowns- lots of money to do root canals that would have not been needed had it been done right the first time. Also during procedure something went wrong and he was left for almost a YEAR with no taste or feeling in one side of mouth. Never had such bad work done from a dentist. Please save yourself time/money/pain. Go to another dentist!

Everyone has their opinion but the negative reviews I am seeing here are not accurate AT ALL. In fact they couldn't be more opposite from my experience with Dr. Hughes. I had an emergency issue in the middle of the night about six years ago. Found Dr Hughes online sent something in and they had me in the very next day. I have never been anywhere else. Kind and attentive staff, Hygienist is amazing, great care for all my needs over the years. Never had ONE SIGLE ISSUE. Dr. Hughes is fun funny makes conversation and sings a lot. They make sure they have you have signed the financial agreements and made the initial payments that insurance won’t cover. THEN they will be forcing you to sign an agreement allowing them to use your child’s information outside of their office.

The office staff is fantastic, particularly Marlo the office manager. I really enjoy her refreshing fun personality. I lost a crown and she was nice enough to meet me on the weekend to fix it, when the office was closed! Very easy to work with.

Messed up my teeth twice in a row! After I called and voiced my concerns about the unskilled manner my cavities were fixed they offered to fix them a third time. As you could imagine I was unwilling to let the ineptitude of this dentist give it another go. Along with the sub-par fillings I received I was also misquoted as to the co-pay I would be responsible for by HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for each of my unfortunate visits.

I requested my copay to be refunded and THEY REFUSED! Look elsewhere for your dental needs I implore you.

I have gone to this dentist since I was a little girl and have loved each and every person that had helped me with my family too. Dr. Hughes is amazing! Great place to go!

We have been going to Dr. Hughes for over 20 years. He doesn't over prescribe treatments, and I trust his recommendations for my dental care. I would recommend him without hesitation

Dr. Hughes is excellent. I appreciate that he genuinely cares about me and my experience at his office.
His assistants are professional and knowledgeable.
I can’t imagine ever going to another dentist!
