Extremely pleased with my visit. All of the staff members were super friendly and very competent. I’m always a little anxious going to the dentist but they have a tv above the chair so I watched a very calming video of a mountain and a forest. Definitely a plus to have something to keep your mind occupied. I have already recommended Town Dental to a couple friends looking for a good dentist!

I had a pleasant and pain free appointment at Town Dental today. Kim did a great job cleaning my overly sensitive teeth. Dr. Masson was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to repair a small filling (even though it wasn’t on the schedule) so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. Great experience!

Danielle was exceptional at working with me to get the correct insurance information! Brooke did my cleaning and was very nice and thorough. I was scared to come in after a few years but I don’t feel I was judged. Definitely recommend

Atmosphere and people - nice enough
Where I run into a problem is them quoting a cost, doing all of my work and then being 50% additional when it comes time to pay. I spoke with the receptionist on the issues and they claim that the insurance didn’t cover what they thought. After a long conversation they offered a tiny discount. The issue happened here was not my fault on misunderstanding coverages or insurance but unfortunately cost was still passed down onto me. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Town Dental is the best. They truly care about their patients issues. I lost a temp crown and they look and found an opening get me another temp crown until my come from the lab.
That is customer service at its best.

Dr Chandler is so thorough and very personable! Never feel rushed with him! All my concerns are noted and addressed! Making sure he’s my Dr every time I go in for my checkups! And the hygienist Kim was also very thorough and took her time which I really appreciate!

Came in for a couple chipped teeth. After a quick consultation, they answered all my questions and were even able to fit me in right away to fix my chipped teeth. Just 30 min later, my smile was back to usual. You cant even tell they were ever chipped! Everyone in the office was kind, helpful, considerate, and welcoming. They went over costs before the procedure to make sure I was ok with them, and always asked if I had any further questions. It really was a pleasant experience where I felt all my concerns were addressed with sincerity, and I was treated as a person rather than a profit. I'm happy to have found a new dentist I can trust.
