First impression is everything! Got there a couple of minutes before my appointment. All paper work was done in advance. I waited for 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment and walked out. A family came in with three children and a single woman came in after me and taken back within minutes of arriving. At least 5 people left while I was waiting. Promptness and communication is important to me. I was prompt but they felt my time was not important and didn't acknowledge I was waiting. I will never go back! Poor office management!

Marcus from Simply Dental sent me a card acknowledging my experience in their office. I appreciate the follow-up an acknowledgement. Because I consider this outreach from Simply Dental part of my first impressions I am changing from 1 to 3.

I highly recommend this office, especially Dr. Matt Webb! He is kind, patient with questions, and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with your smile. He has been a great dentist for me and my family, but I was particularly impressed with how he helped me with my Invisalign. After I finished the treatment, he saw me two additional times to help get things adjusted to my liking. He spent extra time (and didn't even charge me for it) adding some composite material to fix my chipped teeth, which made a huge difference in the look of my newly straightened teeth. All of the staff members have been absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Webb is amazing! The best cosmetic dentist in Utah, don’t even waste your time even looking elsewhere. He is an artist, scientist, and perfectionist. Not happy AT ALL w this dentist(the younger DrWebb)
His hygienist barely did anything, my husband had to pay extra for a decent cleaning! But worst of all was that he told me I needed my front teeth filled. I was very suspicious of this(I have very good teeth w very few fillings) and went to a different dentist for a second opinion. That dentist told me THERE WERE NO CAVITIES WHATSOEVER IN MY FRONT TEETH!!

Dr. Webb was very caring. I have had awful experiences with dentists and he made sure it was painless and quick and I wasn't nervous. His assistant was also very nice and helped explain things to me and after not seeing a dentist for over 5 years, I am happy that I have found a good one.

Simply Dental has given me faith in painless dentistry. When our insurance changed and I had to leave my previous dentist, I was sure I would not find another dentist that I could tolerate. My biggest fear is the shot and my previous dentist had a sort of "method" to giving shots and I wasn't sure how that experience was going to be anywhere else.
At my first appointment with this office, I was set at ease immediately by the friendly staff greeting me. The hygienist was very gentle but thorough and when Matt came in, he was also friendly and gentle. I had to go back for dental work and was quite nervous about it but when I arrived, I was put at ease and they made me completely comfortable, even giving me a warmed blanket to help me feel cozy.
I would say that they go above and beyond to be great and though they may be Simply Dental, to me they are extraordinary dentists and staff!

My family has been going to simply dental for more than 20 years. As we all have grown up and moved away I am the only one still able to go here. I had to write a quick review from a very happy customer. I have always been happy with the service they provide and how they go above and beyond my expectations. I never feel any pain during or after my appointments. Everyone working there is happy and very personable. My other siblings have only bad things to say about their new dentists in comparison to Simply Dental.
I don't plan on switching dentists any time soon. Keep up the great service.

I love this place! The whole staff is friendly and bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule! Rudy is an amazing Dentist and does beautiful work and he makes it as pain free as possible! I will be going here for my dental care as long as I still live around here! Thanks Simply Dental!!
