Dr. Matsumori and his team are highly professional and communicate very clearly throughout the entire process. I love how thorough their hygienist are with my cleanings! I live in CA visiting my son to help him get established with new dentist. We arrived for our appt but they had no record of my son and apparently I either wrote down the wrong info or google had the listing wrong. We arrived at the wrong office! But, Dr Masson and his staff were so compassionate and accommodated us so he just made it work and squeezed us in, AMAZING!! I've never had this level of service ANYWHERE. Although they are out of my son's insurance network I'm happy to pay out of pocket for the reassurance my son will receive the highest level of service.

I was there for a crown. It was a problem tooth, less than half there when I went in. But Dr Park & his assistant were determined to save it (I feel so bad that I can't remember her name!!) It was up front & I didn't want to lose it. Also I have a family reunion next week & wanted it fixed!! They bent over backwards working on this tooth, so it could be crowned. And it was a success! Finished today, & next week I can smile at my family. They are pros. 😁

I broke my tooth and Dr.Matsumori got me in and he and Julie saved me from any additional discomfort. I can't say enough about how caring and thorough they were with my care. So grateful to be a patient and be treated as a friend.

Probably the best experience I have had with dental work. They run on-time, and are very considerate. We’ve been using Town Dental for over 10 years. They do a great job! The dental assistants are all very careful and professional.

I love the personnel and staff. They are very considerate kind and kept me in the loop as to where exactly what was going on. I felt very little to no pain with the procedures. I think that's because the experience of your dentist there. There was one concern where they kept me waiting for quite a while to get a cavity filled. They came in and give me additional shots. Then they sent me home and told me to wait until the first of the year. I felt that if they were going to do that they should have chose to do that before they gave me the extra shots. Just a small thing but something I thought you might want to know.
