I actually love going to the dentist, now! I’ve been going to Town Dental for about a year now. I struggle with going to the dentist because of past trauma and I find that Dr. Masson is so patient and understanding of my anxiety. Bianca, his dental assistant, is as sweet as can be! You can’t go wrong with Town Dental!!

If anyone is looking for an honest, kind and helpful place to get your teeth looking GREAT; Town Dental checks all boxes! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has any anxiety about dental offices, or who just needs a reputable dentist! Dr. Matsumori and Diane are more than knowledgeable, so very kind, and always so genuine! They remember exactly who I am, what I’m up to, and I love that I’m not just another patient file to them. 10/10 from me!

I am only giving 2 stars because Dr. Chandler is a very nice person and his hygeinests/assistants have been very kind to me over the years.. I got a crown put on one tooth that broke and an implant to replace the one that I had lost after an incident. Everything was amazing and I genuinely loved my smile considering.
However, he "combined" his practice to Town Dental and everything has been downhill from there. The staff that I have spoken with pertaining to issues that have arose with the crowns, has been quite unprofessional and quite frankly just rude.
I have insurance that does not require prior authorization for these kinds of services and does cover them between 50%-80%. The lady whom I spoke with told me that she would HAVE to get authorization and that i would be responsible for 100% of the cost. I expressed to her that I actually do authorizations for medical billing and have spoken with my insurance and that what she was stating was not accurate. After still not getting anywhere regarding cost I decided to request my records so that I could go to a different provider and have it properly fixed. After receiving only my most recent set of x-rays I asked for all records and documentation pertaining to my srugery. She stated that they do not have those records, specfically the information pertaining to the abutment. She then proceeded to forward me notes taken about our previous call that essentially are implying negative things about me and seemingly written with a negative and emotional tone.
I am now faced with the difficult task of finding a provider to correct the crown without ANY information of what has been implanted into my mouth. Also meaning, should any other issues arrise, mild or severe, I have no information on what is implanted forever.
Thank you town dental for turning a traumatizing incident into a life long issue that I will essentially never have answers for or information about.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I love the sleek office, affable staff, and personable dentists. I’ve had the opportunity to meet several of the dentists, Dr Park, Dr Matsumori, and Dr Masson, and have loved working with each of them.
I also took my almost 2 year old here for her first check up and she warmed up easily to the staff and ended up having a fun time! Something I know most people can’t say about their kid’s first dentist appointment.

Dr.Matsumori and his staff have helped me with 3 implants and related crowns and 2 other crowns. They have done exceptional work and been attentive and caring over the past year. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Prompt, professional, and personable services. Easy to schedule appointments for the family. Highly recommend for routine cleanings and dental work. (Sadly they do not do orthodontics for kids)
