This place is the worst!!! Save yourself time and money! They don’t do a good job at fixing cavities. Literally every cavity they fixed needs to be re done. And on top of it they make you wait for over an hour before you’re even seen by a dentist. I wish there was a way to report this so insurances don’t limit you to such a horrible place.

1. If your open hours have changed, maybe you shouldn't keep sending reminder texts that imply the appointment we set months ago is still happening. We showed up for our appointment, which we'd been reminded about that very morning, only to find the doors locked.
2. If a customer calls and tells you that you didn't tell us about the need to reschedule our appointment, don't blame it on the customer because "you don't have voicemail set up", which is total bullcrap.
3. Don't charge us $80 for the freaking visit that we didn't even have because you weren't open when we had our appointment.

#1 BEST DENTAL OFFICE I've ever been to. The staff is absolutely amazing! I've worked in customer service for 15 years & appreciate when it is genuine. I have recommended them to all of my family & friends.

Contrary to the name, this place is not very professional. Had teeth cleaned there twice. Both times they polished my teeth BEFORE scraping off the tartar. How ineffective is that? The first cleaning was poorly done by a hygienist. The second cleaning was well done by the dentist but the polishing was still done before the cleaning. And while the dentist was cleaning, other staff came in asking questions and describing unpleasant details about other patient's teeth. It felt like I was in a high school class room. Staff were constantly coming in and out of the room like a circus. Wait times were excessive and the place felt unorganized. On one visit, I came for an appointment only to find the doors locked. Turns out the dentist needed to take the day off. Then the next time I went, they tried to charge me $60 bucks for the appointment I had "missed" when they were closed. They finally agreed to waive the fee but the boy at the desk acted like he expected ME to be grateful for them not charging me the invalid fee. The place is a joke. I'll never go back.

Update: It's been four months of no returned calls and refusal to acknowledge that they owed me anything. The day I post a negative review, they decide to respond. You can believe in coincidence, but I don't. As of today, now that they have a negative review, they agree to return the money that should never have been charged. We'll see if they follow through.

Call it fraud, ripoff, or whatever you want. They charge you for the same services they charge your insurance company. I bet it's a booming business to get paid twice for the same work.
I went in for some work in April & May. They require you to pay in advance - which of course insurance doesn't do. Still, I made the deposit payment so I could get done what needed done. After, they filed for payment with the insurance company - who has confirmed that all procedures were 100% covered, and paid in full by them. They now owe me money which they refuse to return. The office manager is apparently the only one who can address this, but of course won't call me back.
I'm trying to convince the insurance company to drop ProDental from their approved list so others don't get ripped off like I did.

The service was great but they were extremely short staffed. When I was there there was one dentist and 1 hygienist for 4 patients. So I was in the chair from 9 am to 130pm. They need more staff.

LOVE this dentist!!! Everyone was spectacular. The receptionist who took my call and squeezed my mom in for a cracked tooth, the dentist for working during his lunch hour to help her, and the awesome hygienist who was so kind. I HIGHLY recommend Professional Dental in SS.

Do not go to this office if you care about your teeth or your well being. I regret giving them access to my oral cavity every day. After two years of pain relating to a botched procedure by Dr. Green (which they refused to acknowledge) I still have headaches almost every day. Believe me you don't need them in your life.

The hygienist was thorough and my cleaning was fine. But she felt the need to ask if my daughter was vaccinated, then proceeded to preach at me the "dangers" of vaccination, then of kids watching too much TV while my daughter watched a movie on the iPad so I could get my freaking teeth cleaned without my 2yo touching all their stuff. So far outside her scope of practice its reprehensible.
I called the next day to give feedback and let them know the situation. No one called me back, and I called a week later and finally got to speak to KK(?) The office manager, after getting some runaround from the front desk ("we called a left a message" which they didnt, "oh we spoke on the phone" also no.) The office manager told me she would let the head hygienist know, and as a personal apology for her oversight in not returning my call.
It has since been THREE WEEKS and not a peep from them, and every time I call I get an excuse. Nothing that has been promised has been delivered and especially with a name like "professional" dental, this is shameful.

I truly enjoyed the service at professional dental orthodontist for my daughter. Jen has been wonderful. Dr Cardall was awesome. Thank you so much.
