When experiencing a rare dental emergency, Dr. BJ Cox referred me to an oral surgeon so I could receive anesthesia. Unfortunately, my insurance wouldn’t cover it, so I called his office once more. He made himself available the next morning (New Year’s Eve), despite being closed, and extracted the tooth with the rare condition. I am thankful that he took the time to get to the true root of my dental problem (as we both thought it was a normal cavity) and I am extremely grateful that he and his family sacrificed their time to care for me.

Both Dr. Hilton and Dr. Cox were very responsive to my needs, made themselves available to check out my problematic tooth, even without a prior appointment, and this dental office is able to complete a procedure that my current dentist did not dare to do. In addition, they were able to schedule me in for the next day. The receptionist went out of her way to contact my insurance in order to get a close estimate of what the insurance would pay and what would be my responsibility. Excellent care and service!

Dr. Cox is an excellent dentist who is not only highly proficient but also compassionate, gentle and kind. Alisha, the oral hygienist, is also top notch and does 5 star work. Lin, the office manager is efficient, helpful and friendly. My teeth have never been more well cared for. I highly recommend this dental group to anyone seeking a dentist. Addendeum: August 13, 2019 Sadly, I had to have an extraction, today. I was dreading this, due to previous painful experiences. When Dr. Cox was going to give the anesthesia, he told me I would feel a little "pinch." I kept waiting . . .and waiting . . . for the "pinch" but it never came. I didn't feel the shot, nor did I feel the meds going in. Then, he noted that he'd need to add some in the back of the area and I would feel more of the pinch. I felt nothing! For the entire procedure the most I felt was some pressure during the extraction. I could actually relax! Thank you Dr. Cox!
