I recently was at the office for a cleaning and check up. I was surprised when I was greeted by a front office full of Women in very tight quarters with no masks on. Chatting and walking about. I debated whether to stay or not, and sat in a corner of the office with my mask on. Two other patients came in, one left with no masks. When I was finally called in I was initially greeted by the hygienist, no mask. And I asked her if she was going to wear one ?
She said she was and changes them between patients. Personally she should have greeted me with the mask on. The cleaning went on as usual which was good.... No complaints there .
I have been to various offices since COVID started, and they ALL tell you to wear a mask to the appointment.ALL.
The staff wear them, including the front desks, techs and doctors.
We are in a pandemic that is not showing low numbers especially in Utah, or going away anytime soon.
It Shows total lack of care and concern for the patients that put their trust in your office.
This virus is a death sentence for some people.
I will no longer be using this office .
Some extremely bad decisions for those in charge.

I absolutely love Gentle Dentistry! After having to go get work done that a previous dentist messed up, I am so happy I found this place! Mandy is the greatest hygienist there is! So gentle but gets your teeth looking so clean! And Dr Evans is so great! Very informative and great and what he does! And the office is awesome!

Dr. Evans has a very kind and gentle manner. He was solicitous of my comfort throughout the procedure. His staff was great, very professional; including Marilyn in the front office. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received from the entire office staff. Dr. Evans really sets the tone of kindness and compassion.

I love Gentle Dentistry!!! They have such an amazing atmosphere and everyone is treated with love and care; like one GREAT BIG FAMILY. Marilyn, one of the few fantastic receptionists, has a way of making everyone feel right at home. Dr. Evans does excellent work and is very professional and efficient. He has volunteered to come to our school (which is two hours, just traveling) for years, and teaches our second graders how to take care of their teeth and hygiene. That shows the kind of dedication he has for his patients.

The dentist has always been nothing short of a traumatic experience for me and i put it off as long as possible. I cringed when my insurance changed and i had to find a new dentist. Gentle Dentistry was recommended to me by another dental office and i hesitantly made an appointment. They were absolutely amazing! Hands down, the most gentle cleaning I've ever had. Mandy is the "Tooth Whisperer" of cleanings. Same thing with Dr. Bergman. Friendly, gentle and personal. Even better, Marilyn at the front office was incredibly knowledgeable about my insurance and walked me through the coverage. For once, i walked away from my dental appointment without a pit of anxiety in my stomach. I loved this office and would recommend them to anyone.

I love Gentle Dentistry. I've been going there for years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Evans always greets you with a smile and a handshake and genuinely cares about your teeth. His hygienists are fantastic as well and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

I am so lucky I found Gentle Dentistry. I thought my crown was following off and I was in a lot of pain. I called them as a new client and told them my situation and they squeezed me in that day. Luckily they did because I actually had a bad infection and needed a root canal. If they hadnt been compassionate to my situation I could have gone weeks without care which could have been a dangerous situation with my infection. They were awesome!!! I would definitely recommend Gentle Dentistry to everyone.
