Gentle dentistry really live up to their name. They are extremely “gentle” and always take good care of me. The doctors and assistants are all so sincere and make me feel comfortable. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone.

This dental office has been nothing but amazing, I came from a terrible experience with a different dentist and was terrified to even go to a dentist after that, the experience they gave me was amazing, literally it was night and day. I have never been so happy with a dentist before, each individual goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and even down to the front desk ladies! You gals have always worked with my schedule and always try to make it affordable for me! I would absolutely make this your first choice in dentistry if your looking for a dentist! Dr Evans takes pride in his work so he will never let you leave till the job is done 100% he is never afraid to answer questions and doesn't just want to take your money from you he really will salvage what he can and help you out as much as he can! Thank you Gentle Dentistry you guys really are awesome!

Probably the best experience at a dentist that I've had. a) got in on time b) very gentle work on my mouth which is a bit rare in my experience. c) very thorough examination of each tooth and gums. d) applied lib balm when I started to get dry. e) gave me a hot towel at the end to wipe my face. So glad I found this place.

Complete disorganization and lack of responsibility.

I originally contacted Gentle Dentistry for a new patient exam with a cleaning and a problematic tooth. The office called the evening before my appointment and cancelled because they said the dentist was sick and was canceling all appointments for the next day - understandable, I can't hold that against them, people get sick. However, they rescheduled my appointment and when I showed up I had some x-rays taken and sat in the chair for almost an hour (48 min) without anyone else coming in.

The dentist finally came in and diagnosed my problematic tooth as a "cracked tooth," which will need a crown. I asked about the new patient exam and cleaning I had also scheduled along with this visit and the front desk gave a run around answer stating they thought I just wanted my one problem tooth looked at. Given the confusion of being cancelled for the dentist being sick and them scrambling to reschedule a day of patient's, okay, I will also give them a pass on missing this too (even though there were other staff, I'm assuming dental hygienists, around that 48 min I was in the chair waiting that were just walking around and could have been doing my cleaning). I scheduled two more appointments (because the office said they wouldn't have any openings to get both a new patent exam/cleaning AND my crown done together and the earliest appointment they had was in a couple of weeks, then another about a week later. Fine. Took them both. I was given separate reminder cards for each appointment.

When I showed up for my first appointment (today, 1/4/16) they said they didn't have an appointment for me; so I handed them the reminder card with the day and time confirming it. One of the office staff said she "talked with my wife yesterday and cancelled the appointment." This was later confirmed as NOT accurate as the staff does not have my wife's contact information and the name she spoke with was not my wife. Even if they made the mistake of pulling my scheduled appointment off their calendar instead of whoever's wife they spoke with, they could have done something, anything to try to remedy the issue. Instead, what do I get after the string of runarounds and cancelled appointments???... "we're sorry, we just don't have you on the schedule." NO attempt or offer to do anything about it. And the most frustrating part is I had to rearrange my schedule to make this appointment and had to rearrange the 2 previous times as well without getting the new patient exam or cleaning I had been scheduling all along, each cancellation was on their part, not mine - and each time, including this one their "apology" comes across as more of an apology that I had scheduled with them in the first place, instead of an apology that they can't get their scheduling correct and won't admit fault for their mistakes.

I understand that cancellations happen, but at least have the decency to admit fault and TRY to do something to remedy the problem. Not the kind of business practice anyone should patronize.

Dr. Evans and his staff are incredibly friendly and flexible, no matter my needs. They took fantastic care of me when I had to have a root canal, a crown, and several fillings. I've never had a better dentist!
