I love Richmond dental! All of the hygienists are thorough in their work and really nice. I appreciate that Dr. Novak educates me on my dental health and encourages me to advocate for my own dental health. With that being said, I think he would be honest with me if he felt I was making a mistake, which is important too! I think he is honest, fair and reasonable. I have moved about a half hour away from Richmond but still go there because I haven’t experienced anything negative with them whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to Richmond Dental for 30+ years. I have always been treated GREAT and the dental care is too-notch! I was late today for my appointment, probably 15 minutes late. No one made me feel bad about it but I believe I’ve used up my “being late” for the next decade or so. 🙀

Most people don’t like going to the dentist. I actually look forward to visits with my dental team. It’s like connecting with friends a couple times a year. Dr. Novak’s staff is welcoming and kind, but most importantly, they are high quality professionals. I have trusted my family’s dental care to Dr. Novak for decades.
