I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge I encountered in this office. I was also very pleased with the quick turn around, something I’ve never experienced in a dental office. This was my first appointment with them and the fixed two of my issues right then and there without dragging me through the initial routine visit shenanagins. I will definitely be going back!

The worst dentist I've ever been to. They try to sell you for services insurance deems medically unnecessary, they sent the incorrect pre-determination to insurance MULTIPLE times, requesting wisdom teeth to be taken out rather than the actually service. Absolutely shocking; I would not recommend to any family, friends, or coworkers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have had dental surgery and implants performed by Dr. H. I have never experienced any discomfort and my implants look amazing. I drive from northern Vermont just because I want Dr. H. to create my implants. I would strongly encourage anyone, especially someone fearful of dental services, to meet with him and let him work his magic.

I want to thank Dr. Pati for providing phenomenal dental care for me. I have been seen by multiple dentists before and have never got completely numb for my dental work. Dr. Pati was the first dentist to identify the problem and change the numbing drug. Completely painless and appreciate the awesome attention to detail and knowledge. It was like meeting a close friend during my time there. Thanks

I hate going to the Dentist because of the chairs . I have a lot of structure screws and rods in my back. It just hurts for days. Having said that I like AC/DC usually it’s quick and my wife and I can go at the same time. As always Michele does an excellent job and the Dentists have been thorough. Only complaint if there is a delay it would be great if the front end people would inform people.

Unfortunately this practice showed me today it’s only a fair weather friend. They don’t have office hours on Friday so I called and left a message on their after hours line meant for emergencies as instructed to do ( I was having an issue and was in extreme pain). Almost 2 hours later I received a call back from a woman who said neither she nor a co-worker recognized my name so couldn’t help me and I should try calling their Colchester office. I’ve only been at this practice for several years for routine care so perhaps should try creating a scene next time to get on their radar. In any event, nothing quite says you’re just a number like being told we can’t help you because your name “doesn’t ring a bell”.
Anyhow, I called the Colchester office and was told I would need to come in later in the day because they also didn’t know me (despite being in extreme pain and having to drive way out of my way). The person on the phone told me that they don’t have access to records of patients who go to their other locations leading me to wonder why go to a different office then? I could have easily walked into Aspen Dental and it would have been easier. I decided to call my primary care Dr instead. Takeaway is this: there is NO emergency care unless someone happen to remember you, and it appears no one will be able to access your records to help you outside of office hours at the specific location you go to. Worst of all, employees don’t have the professionalism to not say “ your name doesn’t ring a bell”, because of course your health care providers should easily be able to access your name and records in an emergency.

Well I Am extremely happy with my New talented skilled dentists & hygienists.They’re a 10+ . Best care , supportive., communication .I have some breakage my teeth .& Ive had implant , work nearly complete .they’re met head on! I feel confident , great no pain. “New” Dr. Paddi, is wonderful shows his amazing skills . Thank you Dr.H& Dr. Chirch . The staff at ACDC Colchester are fabulous people & trustworthy Professionals.

After Dr. Pati's team found a crack under a old filling. It was recommended that I have a preventative crown installed. One appointment start to finish and I walked out with my new permanent crown. Absolutely painless. State-of-the-art equipment. I appreciate Dr. Pati's attention to detail. I left there knowing. I received the best job possible. To the team at Williston Assoc. Thank you! A+Job. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do BUT the Colchester crew made the experience great. Super friendly staff and great dentists. I highly recommend.
