Six months ago I began visiting this office looking for a good dentist and friendly reception staff. I had not visited my prior dentist's office in some time because although I liked my dentist, I cringed every time I had to deal with her petty and rude office staff. Well, I am happy to report that not only does Dr. Hung Duong, D.D.S have the kindest hands of any dentist I've been to, but he is also very knowledgeable, fair and considerate of his patients. Great consistently welcoming and efficient reception desk staff is the icing on the cake.

My first visit was great. Dr. Duong took very good care of my teeth and I was very satisfied. Good customer service, clean and very organize! 10 out of 10 recommendation.

After our recent dental appointments, my husband and I agreed this is the best dental practice we have visited. The facility is modern and comfortable, and Dr. Duong and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Our young daughter, who recently had a few teeth extracted, is also a big fan. She appreciated that he explained everything he was doing, telling me that it made her feel less nervous.

Dr Duong is the best dentist I have ever had period, and being in my 50s means I have seen many dentists. Every procedure is painless, including the anesthesia injection, and Dr Duong is thorough and always takes the time necessary without rushing. I feel like I am his only patient at every visit. He is also a top notch diagnostician. I had pain every time I chewed on one side but could not tell which tooth. He said it was likely a crack that could not been detected by xray. After a crown I was pain free the same day.

I was pleased with my initial visit with Dr. Duong. He was thorough, answered my questions, and took the time to explain the basis for his recommendations for next steps and further treatment. The office staff was welcoming and professional.

I need a new dentist, My former dentist decided to drop one of my insurance carriers. I was having a hard time finding a new dentist that accepted both of my coverages. This office not only accepts both, they were able to accommodate and get me in right away after I broke a bridge while on vacation. I had forwarded x-rays from the out of town dentist from the emergency visit but, my regular dentist wouldn’t see me for two weeks because I had been out of town, even though I am fully vaccinated.

This office got me in to give me a temporary, then immediately too.k on my regular cleaning and scheduled me to permanently replace a poorly designed 28 year old bridge with an implant over the course of month.

The service has been fantastic and pain free. Dr. Duong is very gentle and the staff is very pleasant and friendly. They didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need and didn’t try to rush me in to exhausting all of my benefits upon the first few visits. The massage chairs are a bonus, and the overall courtesy is a huge improvement over the majority of the dental offices I have been to here.
