Gorgeous Smile - Arlington Cosmetic Dentist

This dentist office is amazing! The staff is so welcoming and treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. Every person I spoke to from the front desk, hygienist, dental assistant, and dentist; they were all absolutely fantastic. They worked with me on billing to suit my needs and were accommodating in every aspect. The dentist explains everything in detail and makes you feel confident in the process of getting your teeth as healthy as possible and also gives you a thorough plan for any cosmetic flaw you might have in your smile.
These are such genuine and professional people to work with, truly thrilled to have found a new dentist to go to for years to come.

I found this practice after having had a bad experience at a different dentist. I’m so happy to have found them, because Dr Salim is so kind and gentle as he can be. I can tell he really cares about me as a patient. Other places I’ve felt like I was just $$ instead of a person. Not here! Maybe even more importantly though, the office staff is lovely as well. I’m always greeted with a smile and by name when I come in, and they have never failed to be as helpful and friendly as possible. I can’t recommend this practice enough!

I’m so glad I found Gorgeous Smile. This office is very professional, welcoming, clean and just overall makes sure their patients have a great experience. I have been bringing my dad here for over a year now and every time we come it’s a pleasant experience. Dr. Hanin is just an excellent provider she is very thorough with her treatments and makes sure her patients are well taken care of. From front desk to assistants, everyone is amazing. I recommend this dental office to everyone and this is coming from another dental provider.

The staff at reception was kind and attentive. As soon as I made the appointment online, their wonderful customer service was on full display. The ever professional Dr. Hanin went over all my options for care explaining my x-rays and what steps I need to take to keep my mouth healthy. Overall , as someone who loathes the dental office experience, it was actually very pleasant.

I just got an EMAIL NOTIFICATION of my bill from 1 year ago stating I owe them $426 after processing it months later while I have used my benefits at another dentist office and claiming I reached my maximum. I told the office manager when I came in you processed my eligibility and I was told what to pay (which was $800) and you claimed that is it....so why am I receiving a bill A YEAR later. If anything, usually you get a bill month after or 2 months the most after receiving your services. They also have sent me notifications of other patients claiming they are my kids, which clearly I don't have NO KIDS. These people at Dr. Salim's office do not know how to conduct his business. I will call my dental insurance to notify all this. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO GO THROUGH....NEVER HAS THIS HAPPENED BEFORE.

Office extremely clean. Staff goes over and beyond. The dental work is the greatest I have seen and been to. The dentist I have been to in my past did damage. My daughter introduced us to this place and we been getting nothing but royal treatment. I wish we would’ve found this place a lot sooner. I would change from this dentist for nothing. WE LOVE YOU GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

The staff are very helpful, kind and helpful efficient. I had severe mouth pains, called to schedule a dentist appointment and they were able to bring me in that very same day which was so relieving. Everything was done quickly & properly the first time. I am very happy with the outcome!!! 😁😁😁

This is probably the worst dentist I have ever been to. The receptionist has a very condescending and sarcastic sense of humor. I had an appointment scheduled for 3pm and at 3:45pm I had to alert them and ask how much longer it would be (I should’ve left at this point). I was informed at that point that one of their dental hygienists had left for the day early. The dental hygienist seeing me had difficulty getting proper X-rays. I then met the dentist who by speaking with him sounded incredibly unqualified. He cleaned my teeth because the hygienist was busy with another patient. They used the ultrasonic tool for cleaning method, the dentist was so rough that my gums bled afterward which has never happened to me before. I ended up having to go home and take pain medication and use peroxide mouth wash my gums were hurting so bad. There was no flossing and the “polishing” that was performed was not of quality nor of professional standards. As I left, I had a note to be signed for my work. The receptionist had the audacity to say “it would’ve been helpful if you gave this to me in advance.” I would avoid this dentist at all cost. The treatments are not up to par and I do not trust the professional judgement of any of the employees working here. I will be reaching out to my insurance company to notify them of the experience to prevent others from coming here as well.

Dr. Hanin was amazing, she Explained everything very thoroughly to me for my dental plan. The receptionist area was fantastic. They are very welcoming, funny and patient! Thank you for this great experience! Definitely recommend.

I worked with Dr. Hanin for updating the old bridge I had on my front two teeth placed a decade ago, and the entire experience was fantastic! She really explained well the current situation of my teeth, and her recommended course of action (which was actually the cheapest out of all the procedures presented as an option). After the procedure, she would check with follow-up messages to make sure the temporary / permanent crowns were holding well and that there were no complications. I definitely felt well taken care of.

The front staff was incredibly funny and kind as well! Wandeline and Sidra really take care of you and make sure that everything is all smooth and ready to go. Going to the dentist for my follow-ups was always full of smiles (pun intended).
